Job Description:
The Estimator’s primary responsibility and accountability is to provide an exceptional and successful customer experience while creating estimates, coordinating repair needs for customers including all communication, informing and updating customers and insurance companies throughout the repair process. The Estimator accurately assesses the damage of vehicles and documents needed repairs and parts replacement on the damage appraisal. The Estimator plays a pivotal role in the success of the customer’s experience by ensuring they are working in alignment with all team members in achieving the repair facility's KPIs.
Key Job Responsibilities
Role and Requirements
Ensure every customer interaction is documented, updated efficiently and accurately with pertinent details
Provide Customer with accurate and timely information, guiding them through the repair process and ensuring that they receive excellent customer service
Ensure compliance with all insurance client requirements, processes and metrics
Ensure compliance with all WOW Operating Way’s regarding customer drop-offs, repair planning, customer communication, and delivery
Communicate all customer requests and needs to appropriate team members

POSITION OVERVIEW: As a Construction Manager at LJA Land Development , this position provides overall construction management services for the Land Development Team and works with all project stakeholders.

The Senior Road Construction Estimator position is responsible for using a combination of past experiences and project specifications to accurately project the amount of materials, equipment, and man hours that must be utilized to complete a given project. Based upon these calculations, they create a project budget that is then presented to Management.
Key Responsibilities (Essential Duties and Functions)
- Prepares detailed estimates by completing takeoff, using past cost history, and conferring with field personnel.

The MEP Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing aspects of construction projects. This role involves ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards while effectively managing client and stakeholder expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage MEP projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinate MEP design and installation with other trades and contractors.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
- Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets.
- Perform risk management and develop mitigation strategies.
- Facilitate communication among project stakeholders and team members.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality.
- Manage changes in project scope and ensure proper documentation.
- Implement quality assurance processes throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare and present project updates to senior management and stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in MEP construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems and construction processes.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with agile project management methodologies is a plus.
- Experience in stakeholder management and client relations.
- Strong skills in budgeting and financial management.
- Knowledge of risk management and change management processes.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.

These individuals will be responsible for an assigned portion of the project including site management of field labor, pre-planning and coordination of the scope of work required to install a quality product in compliance with the contract documents and all applicable goals. - Ability to effectively communicate with all personnel, clients, customers and architects
- Familiarity with computers and ability to learn new software
