The Construction Program Manager will oversee project budgeting, supervise staff and manage overall project controls. Responsibilities:

Required Qualifications and Skills:

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent or similar role in healthcare or commercial construction, with hands-on experience in healthcare facility construction (hospital, medical office buildings, clinics, etc.).
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field (preferred, but not required).
  • Certifications: OSHA 30-Hour Certification (required); additional certifications in healthcare construction (e.g., Healthcare Construction Specialist, LEED) are a plus.
  • Knowledge of Healthcare Standards: Familiarity with healthcare construction codes, guidelines (e.g., FGI, NFPA, and JCAHO), and hospital design and construction requirements.

  • 3+ years AEC industry experience
  • Proficiency with modeling, CAD, and coordination software (Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Procore, etc.)
  • Proven experience leading BIM coordination meetings with a variety of stakeholders
