Summary
The Field Safety Manager promotes the Company's IIF culture by ensuring every co-worker returns home safety every night. Is expected to spend a minimum of 90% of time in the field observing and coaching co-workers and Field Safety Representatives on correction of unsafe conditions and behaviors. Reinforces positive behavior through recognition and/or rewards. Serves as a resource to co-workers by answering questions about safety and sharing lessons learned. Uses leading indicators to influence the future direction of safety on the project. Embeds self with the project team and strategically "dives in" using a hands-on approach to improve project safety, quality, and productivity (SQP).

The Field Safety Manager will possess competency in the following areas in order to perform the role in a safe, productive, and effective manner. Requirements

The QA/QC Superintendent is accountable for providing leadership, management, and supervision for electrical projects within the commercial and industrial sectors. This role involves overseeing safe installations, alterations, additions, and repairs of electrical systems, conductors, and associated materials and equipment.

Foster and maintain positive relationships with customers/clients, ensuring satisfaction with project outcomes.
* Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures, project costs, time constraints, and quality standards.
* Conduct annual performance evaluations for assigned personnel as directed.
* Report to the Field Supervisor, General Superintendent, or Project Manager. Interact with other field personnel and support staff, including Estimating, Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, and other corporate services.
* Engage with owners, owner representatives, architects, engineers, trade contractors, vendors, and other stakeholders involved in project-related activities.
* Maintain required licensing and training requirements.
* Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
* Education: High school graduate, holder of G.E.D., or equivalent studies/experience.
* Experience: Completion of an approved electrical apprenticeship program. Four or more years of field supervision/management experience and meets position requirements.
* SPECIALIZED SKILLS: High level interpersonal relationship skills, proficiency in communication skills, organization skills, and must be technology/computer proficient.
