All projects are currently on the East End, where Build Well is a leading developer of modern and transitional homes.
Job Description
Build Well is looking for a Landscape Construction Project Manager who will work alongside the Director of Construction on the construction of all site work and landscaping projects. Typically a Build Well property includes robust landscaping. The Project Manager will supervise all landscaping related projects including but not limited to:
· Grading and excavating with company owned equipment
· Retaining walls
· Dry wells & drainage
· Planting
· Hydroseeding and/or SOD
· Driveways
· Hardscapes, stoops, patios
· Fencing
Project Manager will be responsible for supervising and managing all projects from start to finish including bidding & procurement of materials. All projects will be designed by architect with design input from Project Manager. The entire construction process will be tightly coordinated with architect and Owner to ensure the highest quality build.
We also maintain all landscaping on our rental properties. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance of all existing Build Well locations (approximately 4-5 properties at a time) throughout the year. We employ outside vendors for plant care, applications and lawn care, project manager will supervise these vendors.
Build Well has multiple residential projects that are at various design and construction stages. The ability to move between projects and foresee potential issues and then react and adapt is of the utmost importance.
Qualifications
· 15+ years of landscape construction experience
· Familiarity with building codes
· Thorough understanding of architectural and landscaping Construction Documents
· Must be willing to commute to Montauk on daily basis

Position Overview: We are seeking an Safety & Operations Coordinator to support operations at our Old Lyme site. This position plays a vital role in ensuring operational flow by bridging warehouse compliance, safety, and administrative functions. The Administrative Lead provides support across multiple departments, helping ensure that essential daily processes are completed, tracked, and communicated effectively.
While not a formal supervisory role, the Safety & Operations Coordinator is expected to operate with high ownership and cross-functional visibility, assisting both frontline teams and leadership in maintaining site standards and meeting operational needs.

**Essential Functions**
-Partner with site leadership to support a safe work environment by implementing Brunswick's Safety Management System (SMS) and ensuring quarterly reviews are completed.
-Monitor training completion and regulatory compliance while assisting in continuous improvement efforts and tracking key operational and safety metrics.
-Coach employees and guide both frontline staff and leadership on workplace safety, ergonomic practices, and injury prevention.
-Participate in incident investigations, perform root cause analyses, and manage incident reporting and corrective follow -up in collaboration with leadership.
-Coordinate safety training for all employees, including onboarding of new hires, scheduling of required programs, and supporting the certification process for new PIT (Powered Industrial Truck) operators.
-Assist with facility compliance by conducting inspections, tracking safety metrics, maintaining documentation, and supporting adherence to federal and state health and safety regulations.
-Maintain and organize site-level safety and training documentation to support audits, inspections, and leadership reporting.
-Lead or facilitate Safety Committee initiatives and assist in tracking progress toward safety and compliance goals.
-Handle administrative tasks for branch leadership and business partners while providing cross -functional support as needed to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
-Other Warehouse Functions as assigned
**Required Qualifications**
-Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and strong accountability
-Strong communication and coordination skills across varied teams and job functions
-Attention to detail and a comfort level with tracking documentation or operational data
-General understanding of warehouse workflows, compliance needs, and safety practices
-Experience in logistics, warehousing, or administrative support preferred
-CDL license or willingness to obtain (preferred but not required)
-DOT compliance and/or Hazmat experience a plus
-High School Diploma or equivalent required
**Working Conditions**
This position may require standing, walking, bending, stooping, balancing and lifting up to 50 pounds. The warehouse environment can vary seasonally and includes exposure to noise, dust, and industrial equipment. In some cases, limited driving or equipment operation may be required based on site needs.
The anticipated pay range for this position is **_$24 - 27.50._** The actual base pay offered will vary depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, relevant experience, business needs, and geographic location.

Job Description
ASRC Federal Field Services, a Subsidiary of ASRC Federal Holding Company, is currently seeking a Trades Helper at the Plum Island Animal Disease Research Center, located on Plum Island, NY. (1.5 nautical miles off North Fork of Long Island & 6 nautical miles off coast of Old Saybrook, CT). Marine transportation furnished by Government provided ferry.
_Key Role:_
+ Provide support to operations and maintenance functions at research facility.
+ Work alongside higher-level tradesmen and/or independently on a variety of maintenance tasks; may include maintenance in electrical, mechanical or plumbing.
+ Building maintenance and repairs such as painting and simple repairs.
+ Assist in the performance of repairs and maintenance of facility equipment, motorizes and non-motorized equipment and general facility maintenance; duties include, but are not limited to preventive maintenance tasks on mechanical and electrical equipment structures.
+ Operate equipment as assigned and directed.
+ Perform building maintenance inspection tours.
+ Organize, assemble and deliver tools and supplies for maintenance tasks to work site.
+ Routine tasks such as delivery of supplies, ground keeping and painting.
_Basic Qualifications:_
+ HS Diploma or GED.
+ Must possess (2) years of general experience in applicable crafts, with mechanical and electrical experience preferred.
+ Ability to work independently or as a team with minimal supervision.
+ This is a position essential to the facility operation. Work schedule is subject to rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays.
+ This position requires the successful applicant to obtain and maintain the required security clearance or other authorization within the necessary timeframe required by applicable contract. Possess a valid driver license and must undergo required physical examination and vaccinations.
_Physical Requirements:_
+ Perform physical activities that require considerable use of your whole body.
+ Utilization of appropriate PPE (personal protective equipment) such as safety shoes, hard hats, hearing, and eye protection is required. Ability to climb ladders, reach overhead and lift to 50lbs. Industrial work environment that may include loud noise, heat stress, work indoors and outdoors.
+ Ability to carry out housekeeping duties with minimal direction, following prescribed methods & directives.
+ Assignments may require entry into biocontainment facilities, utility plants, a variety of storage buildings and constructions sites. Work within the containment laboratory requires decontamination showers.
+ You must be physically able to move freely in environments that are restricted in space, unsteady or otherwise not easily accessible. Ability to climb ladders, and lift to 50 lbs.
+ As a condition for employment, all personnel entering the BSL-3 biocontainment facilities at Plum Island shall not be in contact with specific susceptible animals and their premises off Plum Island for a period of five (5) days after leaving biocontainment. Currently, restricted species are cattle, sheep, goats, deer, other ruminants, and swine. Contact with horses, birds (agricultural and pet birds) and rabbits are normally permitted, but restrictions may be placed on staff working with or near-contagious agents affecting these species. Restricted livestock or other restricted animals may not be housed on the premises where the employee lives and where the quarantine cannot be enforced.
