What would you do?
As a Manager, you'll be given end-to-end responsibility for the complex program management and project delivery. You will play a wide variety of roles related to delivery and sales, shaping digital Quality solutions for clients and maintaining and growing industry as their center of gravity. Analyze and design new organizational design, operation model and Quality business processes. Identify and define detailed business requirements and use cases. Serve as a liaison to the business community and participate in user and task analysis to maintain the business community 's perspective. Improve organization performance and achieve program goals by developing and executing end-to-end project activities. Calculate and crisply articulate the business value generated by solutions. Demonstrate creativity and flexibility when creating and driving project plans and estimates, scope and requirements from design, implementation to deployment. Proactively manage and report on execution of deliverables. Master communicators across multiple stakeholders aligning priorities and direction.
+ Shape client's digital Quality transformation vision, focus areas, and journey from the current state to a "to-be" Quality enterprise environment.
+ Provide point-of-view on digital solutions to deliver on Quality transformational goals along with strengths and weaknesses of various planning solutions.
+ Develop roadmaps and current state assessments for Quality organizations in large companies across various industries.
+ Facilitate strategic working sessions and technical workshops with both client and project team members.
+ Build relationships with key client stakeholders and collaborate with client senior leaders to ensure buy-in to recommended solutions.
+ Serve as the architect for a delivery initiative and oversee the design and implementation of digital Quality solutions, processes, change management, value drivers and operating model by leveraging Accenture's implementation methodology.
+ Actively manage risks to client engagements, practice performance, and brand/reputation.
+ Proactively coach project team members to increase their knowledge and effectiveness.
+ Help to develop and Quality consulting portfolio through thought leadership and opportunity identification.

Here's What You Need:
+ Bachelor's or master's degree in information technology, computer science, supply chain, system engineering, business management/administration, life sciences (e.g. biochemistry, biology or chemistry) or relevant field.
+ 6-8 years of practical experience in complex program management and project delivery preferably in consulting, in the context of Quality transformation, Quality culture, Quality organization design, QMS (Quality management system) implementation and organization change management.
+ 4+ years of experience in Quality design or Quality manufacturing or Supply chain Quality in industries such as life sciences, automotive, semi-conductors and consumer packaging goods.
+ Expertise in program/project management, process optimization, and organizational design.
+ Experience in conducting workshops and coaching sessions.
+ Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
+ Demonstrated business transformation experience preferably in Quality organizations, coupled with practical knowledge and exposure to at least one of the following:
+ Veeva Quality Vault (QMS, DMS, LMS, LIMS) and associated platforms
+ Trackwise
+ Salesforce platform and QMS application(s)

This Director will play an important role providing strategic program management and strategy support to key leaders across disciplines, overseeing and directing projects in collaboration with cross-functional Discipline and Continent teams.
Success in this role requires strong critical thinking skills, a proven ability to manage multiple projects at the same time, and the aptitude to pivot and adapt in a fast-paced environment. The ability to manage complex stakeholder interactions, influence top leaders, and work collaboratively across teams to drive results is also essential.
**CANDIDATE PROFILE**
**Education and Experience**
_Required_
+ 8+ years of program management or consulting experience, demonstrating progressive career growth
+ Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related major
+ Proven track record leading the planning and execution of strategic projects and initiatives - working closely with leadership.
+ Demonstrated experience in working with and influencing cross-functional work teams in a matrix organization
+ Extremely strong organizational skills
+ Able to shift effectively between having big picture perspective and details within key workstreams
_Preferred_
+ Experience in the hospitality, lodging, or retail sector
+ MBA would be advantageous
**CORE WORK ACTIVITIES**
**Strategic Program Leadership** : Provides day-to-day project leadership to ensure projects achieve objectives, are delivered on time / on budget and gain stakeholder satisfaction through project delivery and business results. Advises leaders on strategy formulation efforts when applicable, including conducting necessary research, analysis and development of data-driven recommendations.
+ **Cross-Functional Collaboration & Risk Mitigation** : Lead pod-based teams of cross-discipline stakeholders, building strong relationships and trust to infuse engagement and collaboration across the team. Identify and mitigate risks by becoming a trusted advisor, developing comprehensive strategies to ensure successful project outcomes.
+ **Executive Stakeholder Engagement** : Lead and facilitate complex stakeholder interactions, including cross-discipline forums and processes, to gain buy-in from leaders on critical business decisions. Creates high-impact deliverables for Senior Leadership consumption.
+ **Change Management Communication** : Organize and lead the socialization of project deliverables including discussion on how to implement and activate recommendations.
+ **Flexible Resource Deployment** : As part of a flexible pool of resources, rotate to various priority projects as needed, adapting quickly to new challenges and environments.
The pay range for this position is $60.38 to $85.05 per hour.
