Job Description:
Our client is seeking a Customer Insights Manager, focused on improving the customer Smart Home experience and driving growth across the Smart Home organization.
We use customer research to understand what motivates customers, what stands in their way, and how they use Smart Home products and features. We are trusted advisors to the business, owning and delivering multiple end-to-end research projects each year, across a variety of business and stakeholder groups.
Candidates must possess customer obsession and a desire to affect change on behalf of the customer. They must have strong research experience in a number of methodologies, including writing and programming surveys, analyzing data and preparing reporting with actionable recommendations. Experience managing research vendors to run research projects is an added advantage.
The ideal candidate is comfortable managing stakeholders, able to translate business goals to research objectives, and propose a research methodology to address those objectives. They must possess strong project management and analytical skills, as well as a track record of delivering projects in complex and ambiguous environments.
Key job responsibilities
- Own and execute end-to-end customer research studies across multiple business areas (e.g. Smart Light Bulbs, Prospective Smart Home Customers), including study brief, design, survey writing and programming (or co-creation of quant/qual research materials with research vendor), fieldwork, analysis, recommendations, report-writing, and discussing implications with senior stakeholders.
- Drive impact by ensuring that design and outcomes link back to business implications, and that research studies and industry reports are observed over time for important trends.
- Independently manage research team program(s) as determined, such as research request intake process, or stakeholder satisfaction survey.
- Build and manage vendor relationships with research agencies.
- Innovate operational tools - determine team needs, explore and leverage internal AI solutions to automate manual processes and build efficiencies.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Psychology, Cognitive Science, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 4+ years professional market research or UX research experience
- Expertise in quantitative research and data analysis
- Self-starter who possesses flexibility to work in a fast-changing environment and ambiguous situations
- Drive to understand business and stakeholder teams' goals
- Ability to communicate complex subject manner in written form

As a Market Research Analyst, you play a role in supporting the delivery of strategic insights to our clients through the execution of research projects. Your work includes a variety of studies requiring sharp time management skills and a keen attention to detail. This is a position where you will learn to be a major force in research design and gain experience managing key market research projects.
What you can expect to be doing:
- Executing and coordinating the fundamentals of advertising research projects on time and on budget, working closely with teammates
- Working on questionnaire design and analysis planning with senior team members
- Preparing client deliverables (reports, presentations, proposals), finding new and exciting ways to visualize the data that elevates our storytelling
- Work with senior team members to understand the business needs of the client and translate them to the appropriate research design
- Support multiple projects/priorities and gradually build increased responsibility to become more independent
- Participate in mentorship of new Analysts and Interns, including shadowing on projects, providing guidance on tasks throughout the project lifecycle, etc.
- Attend client briefing meetings and results presentations, build presentation skills via attending client presentations and through dedicated skills training
- As you progress and develop, you will collaborate on the analysis and interpretation of survey results to fine tune analytical skills
- Participate in initiatives that support our service line (i.e., growth/new product/employee training & engagement)

- BA or BS in marketing, business, communications, or related field
- Experience in market research
- Experience with questionnaire design and sampling approaches
- Quantitative research skills
- A passion for working with data and extracting meaningful insights
- A curious mindset and a genuine fascination for the field of healthcare
- An ability to learn quickly, work efficiently, and succeed in an everchanging, innovative environment
- An interest in storytelling with the capacity to express narratives visually and verbally
- Strong project management skills and ability to juggle multiple projects

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal

- Some experience with questionnaire design and sampling approaches

In accordance with NY/CO/CA/WA law, the estimated base salary range for this role is $59,000 - $65,000. Your final base salary will be determined based on several non-discriminatory factors which may include but are not limited to location, work experience, skills, knowledge, education and/or certifications.

Job DescriptionCurinos is seeking a Research Analyst to join our Advisory team. This person will be responsible for qualitative and quantitative research that supports client work and fuels our proprietary thought leadership. The Analyst will help design and execute studies in collaboration with our consulting team, contributing insights that shape financial services strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Design, field, and analyze consumer research studies to support client-facing projects
- Work closely with consulting teams to deliver clear, data-driven insights
- Manage survey development, vendor coordination, and data quality throughout each project
- Maintain and update various analytical workbooks used by the Advisory team for tracking, reporting, and insight generation
- Interpret quantitative results and create visuals that clearly communicate findings
- Support recurring and ad hoc research initiatives across a range of topics including consumer, small business, etc.
- A bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Business, Marketing or Social Sciences)
- 03 years of experience in a quantitative or qualitative research role with a good understanding of vendor and field management
- Ability to manage all steps of a research project, from survey design to storyline development
- Ability to interpret quantitative data and visualize it in a clear manner
- Experience with SQL, R or Python and statistical analysis packages (e.g., SPSS, JMP, Tableau)
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office products, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Enthusiasm for learning, particularly diving into new subject areas
- Strong multitasking aptitude and the ability to take on responsibility
