The Role
Were looking for a Senior Product Manager to own the vision, strategy, and execution of Poshs shared platform and Knowledge Management System (KMS)the central brain that powers all our AI products.
This is not just another feature team. Youll define and shape the platform that determines what our AI assistants know and how they behave. Youll lead the charge to create a low-effort, highly intuitive experience for clients to manage, structure, and personalize their assistants across all product touchpoints.
This is a core, foundational product with wide-reaching impact across our organization. Youll drive the roadmap, own prioritization, and make strategic tradeoffs that impact every user of our platformwhether theyre managing knowledge, configuring behavior, or overseeing multiple assistants across an organization. You will be exposed to cutting edge Generative AI technologies for both product discovery (e.g. tools like loveable.dev ), and delivery (e.g, OpenAI, Google Gemini).
You will also lead the product direction for shared capabilities like user management, organization creation, and access control, ensuring our platform is scalable, secure, and cohesive across all of Posh.
