Our client is seeking a highly creative and data-driven Senior Social Media Strategist to spearhead their online community engagement and brand building efforts. This role is fully remote, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere in the US. You will be responsible for developing and executing cutting-edge social media strategies across various platforms to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and loyalty. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of social media trends, analytics, and the ability to translate business objectives into compelling social content.

Key responsibilities include crafting and managing comprehensive social media content calendars, including ideation, copywriting, and visual asset creation or curation. You will monitor social media channels for industry trends, relevant conversations, and user-generated content, engaging with the community in a timely and authentic manner. This position involves analyzing social media performance metrics, generating reports, and providing actionable insights to optimize campaigns and improve ROI. You will also be responsible for managing social media advertising budgets, including campaign setup, targeting, A/B testing, and performance optimization. Staying ahead of platform algorithm changes and emerging social media technologies is crucial. Collaboration with marketing, PR, and product teams to ensure brand consistency and integrated campaign execution is also essential. The Senior Social Media Strategist will also play a key role in crisis communication management on social platforms.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, with a minimum of 6 years of experience in social media management and strategy. Proven experience in developing and executing successful social media campaigns for a brand, with a strong portfolio of results, is required. Expertise in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social), analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, platform-specific insights), and paid social advertising (Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager) is essential.
