As the Regional Business Development & Content Strategy Manager you will be responsible for content development, project ownership and leading the marketing team's effort in the following key areas: pitches and presentations, property marketing, and communications and positioning, with a key focus on business development strategies and broker/client relations.

You are a strong leader, confident communicator, experienced public speaker/presenter, extremely organized and well-prepared, and strategic thinker with a keen eye for detail to work collaboratively with a variety of personalities under multiple competing deadlines. You possess exceptional writing, project management, organizational and technical skills needed to support marketing plans and designs.

What you bring:

* Bachelor's degree in related field required.

* A minimum of 7 years' experience in a marketing role.

* Experience in a supervisory/leadership role.

* Strong public speaking and presentation skills required.

* Proficient Microsoft applications experience (Excel, Word).

What success looks like:

* You will partner with regional marketing lead and serve as marketing liaison between regional marketing, national marketing, Operations Manager for business development, content strategy and workflow improvement.

* You will provide guidance and advice to the marketing (graphics team)/client services staff and work with researchers and broker teams on pitches and proposal presentation materials.

* You will actively participate in client engagement strategy development and help local resources execute best practice in engagement activities such as; messaging, events, external communications and segmenting target audience

* You will develop proposal content, presentation content, and Request for Proposal responses, presentation, and other interactive marketing and pitch materials and programs for new business development pursuits. and other interactive marketing and pitch materials and programs.

* You will plan, write and edit content; ensures it is clear, compelling, and properly distributed across web, mobile and social platforms; and adheres to a consistent brand philosophy.

* You will act as editor in chief for significant projects, quarterly reports & new templates; ensure brand compliance as outlined by global and national marketing directives.

* You will develop and write key sections for marketing strategy, market overview, team bios, website content, and company information.

* You will assist in the execution for high value property campaigns and detailed budget across multiple platforms, defining metrics and reporting.

* You will collect competitive marketing information (styles, platforms, technologies competitors use) from various sources (samples of BOV's, pitches, websites, social media, open house venues/ideas, etc.) and continually looks for, suggests, and implements new and improved/creative ways to help brokers offer the highest quality marketing materials and technologies to the industry.

* You will oversee external communications and promotion with the media through press releases, advertisements, and other means.

* You will provide mentorship, structured assistance, instruction, and inspiration and defines responsibilities, direction and goals within the business development and content team.

The GBSO organization is responsible for Sales Content's global business processes and technology.

As a Senior Program Analyst, you'll primarily focus on leading Sales Content technology implementation projects and delivering against the GBSO features backlog and strategic initiatives. A successful candidate must possess strong analytical and communication skills, be able to quickly learn the business and technology domains, and apply that knowledge in conjunction with business analysis skills. This candidate must possess the prescribed business and technical skills/experience, enjoy working in a highly dynamic, fast-paced, and high-growth environment, and be experienced at managing complex projects in support of an overall Enterprise program.

Your Impact

  • Deliver on the Sales Content product roadmap, including but not limited to: Agents, Slack search and discovery, content management features, CMS features, workflows, and content analytics features.
  • Engage with business users at different levels to understand business needs, then analyze and document their requirements.
  • Drive, develop, and maintain numerous project deliverables, including functional/non-functional specifications, data mapping/transformation, solution design, process diagrams, acceptance criteria, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and other program artifacts.
  • Work effectively with the technical/development team and help them understand the specifications/requirements for technical development, testing, and implementation.
  • Identify test scenarios, develop test scripts, and execute end-to-end testing and user acceptance testing as needed.

Required Skills/Experience

  • Salesforce Admin Certification is an asset.

Position Description

U.S. Soccer is seeking a dynamic Manager, Content Development to join our Content Strategy and Planning team. This role is pivotal to the development, planning and programming of best-in-class content that will engage and inspire soccer fans and members.

This role will support U.S. Soccer's content team in leading creative development and seeing projects through execution to tell the story of soccer in all its forms, including the Federation's work in service to soccer, our members (referees, coaches, member orgs, etc.) and ultimately the best of us - our athletes, from our Senior National Teams to Extended National Teams.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development, planning and execution of content across U.S. Soccer's owned and operated platforms, including website, app, DTC, and social media.
  • Collaborate with Partnership Marketing and Content Teams on the ideation of new content by leading brainstorm sessions.
  • Build content briefs for new content series, including potential roll out plans, mapping to audience cohorts and outlining potential brand integrations.
  • Collaborate with Content, Video and Social Media team on building out content distribution schedules, and input into content calendar, including production timelines.
  • Support scheduling and publishing content in various CMS platforms, including filling out meta data and optimizing for search engines.

Position Description

U.S. Soccer is seeking a dynamic Manager, Content Development to join our Content Strategy and Planning team. This role is pivotal to the development, planning and programming of best-in-class content that will engage and inspire soccer fans and members.

This role will support U.S. Soccer's content team in leading creative development and seeing projects through execution to tell the story of soccer in all its forms, including the Federation's work in service to soccer, our members (referees, coaches, member orgs, etc.) and ultimately the best of us - our athletes, from our Senior National Teams to Extended National Teams.

This individual will work with the Director, Content Strategy and Planning by leading brainstorm sessions and creative development, writing content proposals and scripts, planning and production of content projects, and collaborating with the other verticals in the content team to ensure we are working efficiently while producing the best content possible.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development, planning and execution of content across U.S. Soccer's owned and operated platforms, including website, app, DTC, and social media.
  • Collaborate with Partnership Marketing and Content Teams on the ideation of new content by leading brainstorm sessions.
  • Build content briefs for new content series, including potential roll out plans, mapping to audience cohorts and outlining potential brand integrations.
  • Collaborate with Content, Video and Social Media team on building out content distribution schedules, and input into content calendar, including production timelines.
  • Support scheduling and publishing content in various CMS platforms, including filling out meta data and optimizing for search engines.
  • Track and analyze the performance of content to identify best practices and leverage insights to optimize content plans for future roll outs.
  • Take on special projects as needed such as supporting specific campaigns, product launches or other events tied to U.S. Soccer's objectives.
  • Stay up to date with latest digital and SEO trends, ensuring U.S. Soccer content remains relevant and impactful.
Requirements

Minimum Qualifications
  • 4-5+ years of experience in digital content or marketing with a focus on sports (soccer experience preferred but not required).
  • Proven ability to perform and excel in fast-paced environments and meeting tight deadlines
  • Strong understanding of SEO best practices and ability to stay on top of trends and algorithm changes
  • Experience using different content management systems and web analytics tools
  • Ability to present data and insights to different groups of stakeholders at all levels of the federation
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance short-term deliverables with long-term projects in concurrent workstreams.

Digital Content Producer - Atlanta Dream


The Atlanta Dream is looking for a Digital Content Producer to help elevate our digital presence and bring the energy of women's basketball to life across platforms. This is a contract position. The contract assignment will conclude on December 31, 2025 . You'll be responsible for creating high-quality content that captures our story and connects with fans - from game day to behind-the-scenes moments. The ideal candidate is a creative storyteller with strong technical skills and has a pulse on what performs on social. This position works closely with our content and social team and reports to the Director of Content Strategy & Production.

Key Responsibilities:
• Shoot and edit compelling, high-quality video content from home games, practices, shootarounds, team events, community activations, and partnership engagements
• Manage all aspects of content creation from planning through to execution and final delivery through a storytelling lens for various platforms
• Organize and maintain footage libraries for all content shot and captured
• Re-cut and repurpose existing content into fresh formats that spark engagement
• Fulfill content needs across departments including marketing, partnerships, community, PR, game presentation and broadcast
• Stay tapped into content trends and innovations across the sports and entertainment space
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience
• At least 5+ years of experience creating and editing video content for digital and social platforms
• Demonstrated skills in video production, visual storytelling, and editing for mobile-first audiences
• Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro and other Creative Cloud tools (After Effects, Photoshop, etc.)
• Must be available to attend all Atlanta Dream home games; occasional travel for away games may be required (travel covered when applicable)
• Experience creating branded content or working with corporate partners
• Strong eye for photography and still capture is a bonus
• Able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
• This is a contractor role, not eligible for employee benefits
• Detail-oriented, highly collaborative, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
