Parts Specialist

The Parts Specialist will provide all retail and installer customers with a high level of service. This position will also support store management in the accomplishment of assigned tasks. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.

Essential Job Functions

Follow and promote all company customer service programs.

Promptly greet retail/walk-in customers in a friendly, courteous manner and assist them in their selection of merchandise.

Assist managers and/or installer service specialists in serving the professional customers as needed and directed.

Complete assigned company training relevant to position.

Provide excellent service to customers calling the store on the phone by answering all calls according to company policy, accurately looking up parts and quote prices, recommending premium and related items, and offering the Low-Price Guarantee.

Responsible for accurately maintaining and securing the cash drawer, accepting cash and/or checks, accurately making change, and processing credit card transactions.

Process exchanges and returns for credit in a friendly manner, and in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Address and resolve customer complaints in a friendly manner.

Assist with the completion of daily image maker, and planogram updates, including freight receival, stocking shelves, fronting and facing, cleaning, etc.

Perform various daily operational tasks, i.e., prepare new, core, and warranty merchandise returns to be shipped to the distribution center, assist with monthly stock adjustments, inventory cycle counts, etc.

Operate brake lathe and other store test equipment after corresponding training is completed and company requirements are met.

Perform various in-store services for customers (where state and local laws allow) - (i.e.; install wipers, test and charge batteries, test charging system, scan vehicle trouble codes, replace headlight capsules, etc.)

Occasionally drive a delivery vehicle to make deliveries (Driving record must meet the company mandated driving eligibility requirements) when business needs dictate.

All other duties as assigned.

ABOUT THE JOB

The AGRIntelligence Specialist is responsible for supporting the branch location sales team with AI products and services including delivering, communicating and presenting these products and services to customers with the assistance of Helena's sales team. This position also trains and assists the support team in implementing precision information technologies including reviewing and performing the necessary quality control on AGRIntelligence products created for customers. This role oversees the AGRIntelligence Technicians at the branch locations.

WHAT YOUR DAY WILL LOOK LIKE

  • Conducts field data collection such as soil sampling, Electrical Conductivity (EC) data collection, yield monitoring and other tasks related to information management services.
  • Researches and evaluates new digital farming and information management services along with other technologies.
  • Reviews and performs quality control on AGRIntelligence products created for customers.
  • Assists the sales team with the positioning and selling of AGRIntelligence products and services by allowing the Sales Representatives to lead and manage the customer account.
  • Ensures that AGRIntelligence products and services meet company standards and requirements.
  • Communicates and interacts with the Branch Manager, sales team, AGRIntelligence field support team and other AGRIntelligence team members on a regular basis to meet customer deadlines and expectations.

**The role you'll contribute:**
The Development and Donor Relations Specialist is to serve as the Specialist for the entire "Foundation department. Primary responsibility is to aid the department in the day to day operation, and to help ensure donors stay connected with the organization and assists with fundraising/solicitation activities under the direction of Foundation leadership. Responsibilities include assuring a smooth flow of information and programs between the Foundation, other Hospital departments, and the community, as well as coordinating events and presentations. A track record of success in managing projects, working with databases, and organizing/analyzing data and information. Must be a strong fit for a fast-paced, organized team and will be able to contribute to improve our programs/initiatives.
**The value you'll bring to the team:**
Responsible for planning and implementing Foundation Special Events and Annual Giving Program in support of AdventHealth Lake Placid, Sebring and Wauchula Foundations. Works in close collaboration with internal and external constituencies to expand fund development opportunities in Highlands, Hardee, Desoto and Polk counties.
In conjunction with Foundation Executive Director, the Specialist assists with the planning and execution of Foundation events including sponsorships, marketing, event logistics and Foundation volunteer recruitment.
Assists with Gala planning/coordination and responsible for corporate and individual sponsorships and all event logistics and details.
Plans and tracks event logistics for foundation events (i.e.: securing venue, reviewing vendor contracts and proof of insurance, van/truck rentals)
Archive print media and ads from various events
Qualifications
**The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed:**
· Bachelor's Degree
· Presentation experience
