The Corporate Social Responsibility team is seeking an Executive Assistant to support two Senior Executives as well as the overall team.
Responsibilities:
+ Provide day to day support to the Executive Vice President and the Senior Vice President
+ Manage calendars, scheduling, coordinating internal and external meetings, video conferencing, conference calls, and other activities as required
+ Help keep executives on schedule for meetings
+ Create agenda for department staff meetings
+ Coordinate travel agendas and arrangements, remember individual preferences, and create detailed travel itineraries

+ Book conference rooms on the floor and in the building for team meetings and high-volume events

+ Ensure charitable giving requirements are met prior to processing payments to nonprofit organizations
