The Role

As a Senior Project Engineer , youll be a key player in driving project success from preconstruction through closeout. Youll support project managers and superintendents with technical expertise, coordinate with design teams and subcontractors, and ensure compliance with DSA and OSHPD/HCAI requirements . This role is ideal for someone who thrives on problem-solving, collaboration, and mentoring junior engineers.

What Youll Do

• Manage RFIs, submittals, and change orders
• Support scheduling, cost tracking, and risk management
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and trade partners
• Participate in OAC meetings and maintain clear communication with stakeholders
• Mentor project engineers and interns

What Were Looking For

• Bachelors in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
• 23+ years of experience with a general contractor
• Proven background in healthcare, education, or public works construction is preferred
• Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, and scheduling software
• Strong communication and leadership skills

Community hospital looking to bring on Director ICU!

• Reports to the CNO
• Is an exempt position with 24/7 responsibility
• Oversight of approximately 110 FTEs, Director, Clinical Supervisors, RNs, Patient Care Techs
• Shares a Clinical Educator with the ED
• Types of patients- Medical, Cardiac, Neuro.
• Clinical skills needed- General ICU exp. required, preferred experienced in the categories listed above
• Must have strong provider communication and relationship building skills
• Multiple committees this person is on and chairs.
• Must work well/ collaboratively with the hospital leadership, especially Nursing/Quality/Risk

EDUCATION/TRAINING/ EXPERIENCE:

Bachelors degree required, BSN preferred

Master's degree preferred

5+ years clinical experience in ICU as a Registered Nurse required

3+ years experience acute care nursing leadership in ICU/Critical Care required

CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES:

Current license to practice professional nursing (RN) in the State of California

Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association

Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification through the American Heart Association

Specialty Certification preferred

Primary Function-

To develop project opportunities for Pacific Rim Mechanical's Service Group by working with existing clients and by building new relationships.

Typical Duties-

• Primary focus on owner-direct repairs, replacements, retrofits, and tenant improvements.
• Identifying and developing business opportunities with new and existing customers by utilizing your product knowledge & applications experience in the HVAC market
• Successfully match customer pain/requirements to proposed solutions
• Create and deliver presentations that clearly communicate the uniqueness of the value proposition
• Obtain, assemble, and organize all project documentation to turnover to operations

• Proven work experience as a Sales Engineer.

• Excellent presentation and creativity skills.
• This position requires a strong technical or mechanical background along with the ability to learn engineering concepts.
• Passion for meeting customers.
• Bachelor's degree (Engineering, Business, or other technical disciplines) and or two year related trade school.
• 5+ years of working and demonstrable knowledge of Commercial HVAC systems.
• 1+ years of experience providing direct management/leadership experience involving reps, consulting. engineers, and contractors, with a thorough understanding of the commercial sales process.
• Knowledge of control systems and DDC.

Salary Range-

$100,000 - $00,000 annually (FSLA Exempt)

Total earnings can surpass 200,000, depending on performance and commission

A well-established $250M commercial General Contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead field operations on healthcare and DSA school projects across the Inland Empire. This is a high-impact role for someone with a strong background in DSA construction who takes pride in delivering safe, high-quality projects on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all on-site construction activities from mobilization to turnover
• Oversee field staff, subcontractors, and daily workflow to ensure project milestones are met
• Enforce jobsite safety, quality control, and compliance with building codes and regulations
• Coordinate inspections and interface with DSA.
• Lead daily jobsite meetings and collaborate with Project Managers to resolve issues
• Maintain detailed project documentation, including daily reports and look-ahead schedules

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of Project Manager experience in commercial construction
• Proven success managing commercial projects with must have DSA.
• Strong understanding of safety practices, site logistics, and sequencing
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
