Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Client Services Associate to support our financial consultants in providing excellent customer service to our clients. You will work closely with our staff, preparing documents before client meetings, organizing sales and presentation materials, compiling meeting notes, and setting up client access for new accounts. On a daily basis, you will also handle other administrative tasks, such as answering phone calls emails, sending deadline reminders to consultants, and updating our client database.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Compile and update necessary documents and contracts
  • Prepare presentation materials
  • Gather meeting notes and input them to client files
  • Obtain and process all client information and transactions
  • Create new accounts and maintain client portfolios
  • Perform administrative and clerical duties as necessary

Requirements and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field preferred
  • Experience as a Client Services Associate or other administrative role in the financial industry a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

  • Submit paperwork related to new accounts and perform maintenance activities for current clients in a timely manner
  • Set up Customer Portals and Email pay with updated company information
  • Overwatch calendar to ensure all information has been received and prepared prior for demos, trainings, and installations
  • Track the support communication pipeline and assign cases to the proper individuals
  • Analyze reports before installations are to take place to ensure a gateway has been built for a smooth transition with no errors

Qualifications

  • Self-starter with the ability to learn fast and work independently as well as within a team
  • Prior experience with training and/or demos on products or software is strongly desired
  • Good work ethic and flexible hours
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and computer savvy
  • Comfortable working with a wide variety of professionals

Client Service Representative

You possess a strong interest in supporting veterinarians, registered veterinary technician(technologists), and veterinary assistants, with all aspect of client-facing support. Your primary duty will be supporting our Client Service Center by assisting with incoming calls, addressing the chief reason for the call, communicating with supported department as needed, and support fellow Client Service Representatives, as needed and when able, with clients present in our hospital. You possess a strong sense of working in a team environment. You maintain situational awareness (able to prioritize). Of course, the tasks describe here are but a sample of what we do. We are all responsible for helping our patients, our clients, and each other, were we can, regardless of title.

We support team members growing. You will have access to online training, should you feel like exploring other opportunities. If you dedicate time to your growth, we will support you!

Compensation: $20.00 - $24.50 ALL dependent on education, experience, credentials, location, nature of practice, schedule and additional responsibilities.
