Position Summary:
The Customer Service Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring that customers receive the highest level of service and support. · Coordinates the day-to-day functions of restaurant services, including market communications, inventory control, and promotional activities, while acting as a liaison between centralized customer service, purchasing, and automated restaurant ordering systems for distribution center operations
· Monitor the execution of Customer Service Representatives.
· Develop and cascade customer communications, including newsletters, guides, new processes, and contingency plans
· Own credit and claims processes for the Distribution Center
· Collaborate with the Inventory Control Specialist to investigate inventory variances
· Establish and maintain connections with restaurant managers, vendors, and personnel in field office positions within the local market.
· Act as a liaison between the customer, the Supply Chain Manager, and the Distribution Center.
· Facilitate alignment among our internal stakeholders regarding customer communications, ensuring that changes to processes and procedures are communicated effectively

Required Skills and Experience:
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field and 5+ years of experience in the food industry and 0-1 years of supervisory experience

**Pay Details:** 13.00 to 13.50 per hour
