1. Under the direct supervision of a pharmacist, processes prescription orders in a timely manner; retrieves, counts, measures and prepares medications, solutions, ointments, and other compounds as directed. Supports the service needs of the pharmacist relative to pharmacy services and maximized patient care outcomes. Assist Pharmacist with all third-party transactions including the completion of any documentation.
2. Conducts interpersonal communications in a courteous and friendly manner.
3. Responsible for filling, pickup and delivery of patient specific medication. This includes, delivery of medications to appropriate areas in a timely manner so that patients receive the correct medications at the correct time as well as packing, processing, and tracking orders.
4. Obtains information for new prescriptions and/or reconciliation purposes accurately and in accordance to the law.
5. Refers all clinician and customer clinical questions to a pharmacist in a timely manner

As a Senior Manager in our Health consulting group focused on Clinical Operations, you'll spend most of your time teaming with our provider team working with a broad spectrum of not-for-profit and for-profit healthcare clients, including hospitals, healthcare systems, physician practices and academic medical centers, to assess and redesign clinical processes across the following areas:

**To qualify for the role, you must have**

+ Approximately 7 years of healthcare consulting experience in provider operations; acute care experience is preferred.
+ Prior experience as a senior manager (or above), in a consulting firm or in a senior management role within industry
+ Ability to read and interpret hospital financial statements and contract terms, utilize complex financial models, experience with operational process mapping and experience with healthcare cost reduction planning and implementation
+ Experience with healthcare organization M&A, physician alignment, or financial margin improvement initiatives
+ Experience in selling and delivering projects that cover the full life cycle of assessment, design and implementation support; demonstrated record of driving revenue within existing healthcare clients and in developing new prospects at the "C" level of large healthcare companies
+ Ability to manage a team of staff/senior/manager consulting professionals
+ Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent oral and written communication skills
+ A willingness to travel to meet client needs

Working with Home Infusion staff the Registered Nurse helps identify patients capable of successful self-administration, educates patients & caregivers on proper administration techniques & methods, coordinates discharge activities, administers or supervises administration of medication, provides IV site dressing care and phlebotomy services as ordered.
**Job Description:**
**Primary Responsibilities:**
1. Practices in accordance with the state and federal laws, rules, and regulations, including but not limited to Massachusetts Board of Registration in Nursing, Department of Public Health, the Food and Drug Administration, the Drug Enforcement Administration, and the United States Pharmacopeia.
2. Assesses patient needs and capabilities for acceptance onto services for ordered therapies through physical assessment, chart review, patient interview.
3. Provides education with patient & caregiver as a condition of acceptance onto home infusion services (in person, via prerecorded videos or teleconference).
4. Collects necessary authorizations, paperwork, signatures when needed to support patient billing functions.
5. Effectively communicates with all members of patient discharge team (hospital based & pharmacy based).

7. Adheres to policies & procedures for medication handling, preparation, administration, disposal.

11. Create discharge plan for patient upon completions of therapy as ordered, or if abrupt discontinuation is required.

**Required Qualifications:**
