This position assists in activities associated with the business intelligence, treasury, and performance management functions. This role will work closely with business units to identify and perform analysis and research to implement new data products or services, resolve issues, and streamline processes. This role will also provide global knowledge of bank operations and its impact to business units for problem solving, improvements, and implementation projects. The scope of duties and responsibilities associated with this position are cross-functional and related to mission-critical functions bank-wide.

College degree in Business, Mathematics. Statistics, Economics, or quantitative field. 3-5+ years of direct experience with data management financial modeling, forecasting, and/or business intelligence. Financial services experience preferred. Strong technical skills; working knowledge of all common Office applications (i.e. Word & Excel), experience with database programs such as SQL and Access. Experience with reporting/business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Cognos. Ability to work effectively under pressure, complete tasks accurately, and to meet deadlines. Strong interpersonal skills in order to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
