Role Mission: Provide operational support for global pharmacovigilance activities related to Grifols' investigational and marketed products. Ensure high-quality pharmacovigilance deliverables that comply with global regulatory reporting timelines. Manage project implementation and execution of safety systems, including ongoing business support and continuous improvement initiatives. Act as a key liaison with IT system administrators to validate and test system changes, ensuring compliance and alignment with business needs.
**What your responsibilities will be**
+ Lead and coordinate safety data analysis for aggregate reports preparation, signal management and ad hoc requests.
+ Support drug safety systems through business administration tasks, including database configuration updates, submission rules management and testing with regulatory authorities.
+ Serve as a subject matter expert in delivering and evaluating cost-effective, sustainable solutions that meet business requirements.
+ Manage documentation related to PV systems and applications, including SOPs, WPs, user requirements, functional/ technical specifications and process flow diagrams.
+ Drive change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and support the integration of new applications within the PV team.
+ Collect, prioritize and plan system improvements based on user feedback, while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
+ Act as the primary PV contact for IT-related PV projects.
+ Drive Innovation through AI in Pharmacovigilance: Stay at the forefront of artificial intelligence advancements to identify and evaluate innovative technologies and processes that can enhance pharmacovigilance operations. This includes proactively assessing AI-driven tools and methodologies to improve signal detection, case processing, data analysis and regulatory compliance. Collaborate cross-functionally to pilot and implement solutions that increase efficiency, accuracy, and strategic value in safety monitoring.

+ You have at least 4 years of pharmacovigilance experience including management of pharmacovigilance data bases.

WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?
This position is responsible for researching, authorizing and/or editing new and revised credit policy and procedures for the Credit Policy Manual and the Credit Procedures Manual. This position will also be responsible for analyzing and presenting data regarding trends in both adherence to policy requirements in underwriting practices and the overall performance of credit portfolio quality.

* Support the credit risk framework that balances the Bank's current situation, desired credit culture, industry "best practices", risk tolerance, and regulatory expectations.
* Seek input from various areas and levels of the bank to assess current and necessary policy updates including updates to current policies and creation of new polices as needed.

* Interpret trend data on the portfolio regarding to asset quality trends and the correlation of policy exceptions to overall portfolio performance.
* Provide support for loan portfolio data aggregation, QC and report preparation.
* Analyze the impact on credit policy framework documents of modifications to credit risk practices.
* Research and create presentations for Credit Policy Committee consideration; present to the Senior Credit Policy Officer for approval. Assist in the various governance committees' administrative functions including recording minutes, assembling and distributing decks and agendas and providing logistical venue support.
* Ensure timely and accurate implementation and communication to lending personnel of policy and guidelines by publishing and communicating policy updates through various channels, including training sessions
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?
*Required Qualifications**
* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
* 5 years of experience in a banking environment required
* 7 years of experience in credit, risk management, and regulatory supervision required
*Additional Qualifications*
* Proficient in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, etc. with ability to analyze large datasets of loan information to present analytics and insights
* Ability to build Tableau is a plus

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Meet with stakeholders to understand business needs for data requests. Gather requirements, document, clarify, interpret specifications and review for completeness and accuracy.
  • Design, develop, validate and perform thorough functional testing of extracts, reports, visualization dashboards utilizing analytics tools and data sources such as, including but not limited to: Microsoft Excel, Tableau, WebI, SSRS, Power BI, Caboodle, Clarity, Reporting Workbench, Radar Dashboards, Universes, Registry Framework and Data Marts, SlicerDicer, and other Business Intelligence Tools.

  • Monitor performance of BI outputs and take corrective action to optimize or improve the performance when necessary.
  • Gather, assess, and interpret substantial amounts of healthcare data, encompassing electronic health records, clinical data, financial data, and pertinent information. Offer insights and suggestions derived from the data analysis and interpretation.
  • Streamline documentation, scheduling, billing, and other administrative tasks, ultimately enhancing operational efficiency and reducing errors.

  • Review upgrade documentation related to analytics tools and content, determine the best implementation approach. Evaluate, anticipate and communicate risks to existing BI outputs and processes, and recommend ways to mitigate those risks.

Job Description:

Support Program Managers and Project Leads in developing and maintaining comprehensive execution plans within an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) using MS Project. Generate, monitor, and report program metrics and performance data (EVMS and KPI's). Coordination with the IPT execution team members (across all supporting functional disciplines) to review and analyze program metrics, status, and information. Assist managers in identification of root cause and developing corrective action plans to address program performance issues and to create high fidelity ETC/EAC forecasts throughout the period of performance. Provide support in the development of fully resource-loaded, time-phased and sequenced program schedules with level-loaded resources across the period of performance. Support program management through administration of Risk and Opportunity Management, Change Control Management, documentation of Lessons Learned, updates and maintenance of the Integrated Program Plan, Program RAIL, deliverables tracking, Recurring cost tracking, issuing and assessment of Work Status Reports, and development and distribution of Program Work Authorizations.

Essential Functions:

Program Metrics and Analysis:

  • Ensure the validity and accuracy of information within the program IMS supporting the output of high fidelity Earned Value Metrics and KPI's that reflect the actual program performance
  • Support the compiling and assessment of EV performance data and metrics to monitor program health and performance against established baselines
  • Perform root cause and recommend corrective actions to address identified performance issues
  • Develop charts, graphs, and visuals that effectively convey the performance, trends, and forecasts pertaining to program performance
  • Present and describe program performance information to internal stakeholders and external customers
  • Provide clarification to execution team members and CAM's as-needed, relative to the meaning of program metrics and performance data

The Role

The Lead Business Intelligence Analyst will own complex analyses and reporting through our internal BI platform (Looker) and other products our clients and partners use for insights every day. What Will You Do?

  • Provide thought leadership as it relates to business insights across AXS through SQL, Looker as well as Google & Adobe Analytics.
  • Own complex analyses for vast amounts of ticketing data.
  • Guide more junior team members as it relates to solution design, including algorithm selection & code deployment.
  • Present complex analyses to senior leadership.
  • Plan, define, and build LookML models & data visualizations for critical business operations.
  • Lead the root-cause analysis for BI dashboard & data issues & challenges.
  • Work with other teams within the Data Pod to ensure BI needs are met, as well as with other areas of the business to ensure relevant reporting is created & working.
  • Own key aspects of quarterly BI roadmaps.
What Will You Bring?
  • BA/BS Degree (4-year) (Advanced Degree Preferred) In Business, Analytics, MIS, Economics or another analytical field.
  • 6+ years in management consulting, corporate strategy, business analysis, or a related role
  • Experience with digital and/or social media marketing & web analytics
