About the team and the role:  Goldin is seeking a Business Intelligence Manager to lead the strategy, governance, and execution of business-critical data, reporting and analytics. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives at the intersection of data, operations, and cross-functional collaboration. You’ll define and own the data model, reporting infrastructure and metric definitions used to drive decision-making across our sales, operations, accounting, marketing, content, and executive teams. You’ll work closely across all teams to ensure the business is working from a single source of truth — and that our reporting stack supports rapid iteration, scale, and clarity.

What you will accomplish: 

• Lead the delivery of key dashboards and insights for business reviews, board decks, and operational forums.

• Define and maintain Goldin’s core business metrics and data definitions in partnership with key stakeholders.

The base pay range for this position is expected in the range below:

$101,200 - $174,100

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave). The Business Intelligence Manager has responsibility for developing business intelligence solutions to sales technology needs in conjunction with the Sr. Manager, Project STAR, the DSD Technology Solutions team, and IT Partners.

Position Summary
The Business Intelligence Developer 1 is responsible for the design, development, implementation, and support of mission-critical enterprise BI reports and dashboards.
