We are looking for an experienced Business Intelligence Director to lead data-driven strategies that enhance business performance and client engagement. Candidates local to Philadelphia, New York, Boston, or DC capable of coming into an office 2x per week will be prioritized. Requires a strong background in healthcare marketing within PR or agency environments. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in omnichannel strategies and advanced analytics to deliver impactful insights and drive innovation.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement scalable data science solutions tailored to meet client needs and business objectives.
- Create sophisticated algorithms and pipelines to facilitate actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
- Design and oversee end-to-end data workflows, including data ingestion, process automation, and intelligence generation.
- Build advanced data visualizations that effectively translate complex data into compelling narratives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business challenges and deliver innovative, data-driven solutions.
- Conduct in-depth analyses of customer behavior, marketing performance, and product usage to uncover valuable insights.
- Integrate and analyze data from platforms such as Salesforce and Adobe Experience Cloud to support omnichannel transformation initiatives.
- Translate complex data findings into strategic recommendations that align with business goals.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in data science to continuously enhance organizational capabilities.
Requirements - Minimum of 8 years of experience in data science, analytics, or business intelligence roles.
- Proven expertise in healthcare marketing within PR or agency settings.
- Hands-on experience with commercial visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Strong analytical skills in social media and consumer insights.
- Familiarity with SaaS platforms and their integration into business processes.
- Deep understanding of omnichannel execution and strategies.
- Proficiency in Python and statistical modeling techniques.
