Position Summary:

We are seeking a strategic, partner-oriented, and driven Business Intelligence (BI) Manager to establish and lead our global data and analytics function. This is a critical leadership role for a high-impact professional with 5-7 years of relevant experience, a strong command of BI tools, and a deep understanding of how data can drive international business performance.

Reporting directly to the CFO, you will build and lead a central BI team that supports the company's worldwide operations. You'll collaborate across all departments, design scalable data frameworks, and deliver insights that drive strategic decisions and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and lead our Business Intelligence function, developing a team and scalable infrastructure that supports company growth across global markets.
  • Design, develop, and maintain intuitive, actionable dashboards and reports using DOMO and other BI platforms.
  • Proactively partner cross-functionally (Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering, Global Intelligence, Client Success, etc.) to identify high-impact business questions and deliver timely, accurate insights.
  • Work closely with Finance to build forecasting tools, performance dashboards, KPIs, and financial models.
  • Translate raw data into clear business narratives and visualizations that empower decision-making at all levels of the organization.
  • Establish best practices for data governance, data quality, and analytics processes.
  • Own and continuously evolve the BI roadmap, ensuring alignment with company goals and operational needs.
  • Serve as an internal evangelist for data-driven culture across the organization.
Key Qualifications:
  • 5-7 years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or a related field, ideally within high-growth or SaaS environments.
  • Proven experience with DOMO, Salesforce, Chargebee, NetSuite, and other modern data platforms.
  • Strong SQL skills and deep understanding of data modeling, ETL, and transformation pipelines.
  • Demonstrated ability to turn complex datasets into clear, actionable business insights.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills; able to present findings effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen, especially around growth, performance, and operational metrics.
  • Experience working cross-functionally and influencing decision-making at multiple levels of the organization.
  • Self-starter with a growth mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Master's degree in data science, statistics, computer science, information systems, health informatics, business administration (with a focus on data analytics or healthcare management), or public health (with a focus on health data analytics)
+ Expertise in data mining, forecasting, simulation, and/or predictive modeling
+ Experience creating analytics solutions for various healthcare sectors
+ Experience working with government and state agencies

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$89,000 - $121,400 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
