Duties: Develop processes to evaluate and test input data used in models for compliance with fair lending regulations and clearly document and articulate the model usage boundaries to the stakeholders. Evaluate Tier 2 and Tier 3 models including Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AI/ML) and Natural Language Processing (NLP) models for compliance with fair lending regulations. Research new reform rules and rule changes and implement policies, procedures, or other controls necessary to comply with the rules related to algorithm review from a fair lending and fairness perspective. Assist with regulatory inquiries and/or examinations. This may include coordination with regulators and other parties. Work with examiners and business units to resolve any questions related to analytical methodology or data integrity. Review internal strategies, policies, procedures, processes, and programs to prevent violations of law, rule, or regulation and design and deliver a risk management framework that maintains risk levels within the firm's risk appetite.
