We are looking for a strategic and technically adept Sr Data Solutions Analysis Manager - Retail Media to design, implement and operationalize solutions for our external retail media partners.

In this role, the Sr Data Solutions Analysis Manager - Retail Media will define how T-Ads enables retailers and retail media networks to enhance their in-store promotional and advertising solutions-through enriched targeting, campaign measurement, and actionable insights. You will serve as the connective tissue across business and technical teams, leading solution development from concept to deployment while ensuring performance, scalability, and compliance.
This person will be a trusted leader and subject matter expert on all things Retail Media Measurement and will guide decision making regarding things like attribution methodologies, measurement windows and data requirements, with the goal of evangelizing and implementing outstanding approaches and solutions.
The Sr Data Solutions Analysis Manager will need to work effectively across teams and organizations including sales, product, engineering and marketing teams in a heavily matrixed environment to solve complex retailer and advertising challenges. This role also provides consultation related to Retail Media performance insights, analysis, and reporting using various analytical techniques including statistical testing and data modeling.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Oversee end-to-end development of measurement integrated and standalone solutions that support T-Mobile and other 3P Retailers' and Retail Media Networks' efforts to measure and evaluate the impact of In-Store promotions and media campaigns.
  • Support Sales, Business Development and Marketing efforts to secure third-party retailer customers and partnerships by establishing trust and confidence among third-party data, measurement and technical stakeholders.
  • Interact with various teams across T-Ads, T-Mobile and 3P Retailers to identify, gain access to and leverage appropriate datasets to measure outcomes, perform campaign analysis and provide insights and recommendations that deliver value to relevant stakeholders.
  • Construct executive-level presentations and present complex analytical findings in clear, concise and decision-impacting manner. Possess the ability to influence leadership through fact-based analysis.
  • Partner with other Data and Measurement solutions leaders in the T-Ads and T-Mobile organizations to define and implement scalable processes that foster harmony and achieve standardization such that the Data team has a reliable and consistent internal brand.
  • Also responsible for other Duties/Projects as assigned by business management as needed.


Education and Work Experience :

  • Bachelor's Degree Data analysis, data science, decision science, similar quantitative fields or equivalent practical experience (Required)
  • 7-10 years Analytics experience solving analytical problems using quantitative approaches
  • Reporting & analyzing performance & data visualization (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
  • Advanced analytics, which includes SQL analysis of complex datasets, competitive analysis, quantitative analysis & research
  • Experience with Python, R, Go or similar statistics or data science language preferred. Required

The Business Intelligence Senior Analyst is responsible for guiding the Digital product teams through the analysis of complex mobile app and web performance data. Job Description:

- Experience with data modeling, warehousing and building ETL pipelines
- Strong analytical mindset, ability to decompose business requirements into an analytical plan, and execute the plan to answer those business questions
- Strong working knowledge of SQL

What You’ll Do:

  • Designing, developing, troubleshooting, evaluating, deploying, and documenting data management and business intelligence systems, enabling stakeholders to manage the business and make effective decisions.

  • Work with business customers in understanding the business requirements and implementing solutions to support analytical and reporting needs.

  • Design and implement an analytical environment using third-party and in-house reporting tools, modeling metadata, building reports & dashboards, and providing our customers with timely, flexible, and structured access to their data.
