Position Summary:

The Associate Vice President (AVP) of Data Analytics is a senior leadership role responsible for the overall strategy, development, and execution of the hospital system's data analytics initiatives. The AVP will lead a cross-functional team focused on driving data-driven decision-making, improving the patient experience, optimizing operational efficiency, and achieving clinical and quality metrics across our healthcare system. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of the organization's data analytics strategy, aligning with business goals and the organization's mission of providing high-quality healthcare.
• Act as a key thought leader in the organization's data and analytics transformation, with a focus on Snowflake as the Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW), Epic analytics tools, Tableau, and other key platforms.

Qualifications:

Education:

• Master's degree in Data Science, Healthcare Administration, Business Intelligence, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience:

• 10 years of experience in data analytics, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within a healthcare setting.
• Proven track record of leading data analytics teams in complex, data-driven environments.
• Experience working with enterprise data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Epic, Tableau, etc.).
• Extensive experience in healthcare analytics, with a deep understanding of clinical and operational metrics, regulatory requirements, and patient outcomes.
