Provides technical direction and is responsible for safety, costs, productivity, profitability, and overall quality of the work (including self-performed work). Key Responsibilities 1. Coordinates the means and methods, manpower, equipment, and material resources required to accomplish goals. 2. Develops and manages the construction plan with the PM for the successful execution of the work. 3. Ensures project team is coordinating schedules both internally and externally with the subcontractors for monthly updates. 4. Ensures the project superintendents identify the most efficient/effective flow of the work to maintain highest production for all trades. 5. Oversees the development of the CPM project schedule with the project superintendents and project manager. 6. Oversees the procurement process with the project team for proper coordination and alignment with the CPM schedule. 7. Oversees the timely completion of all punch lists and develops a schedule as required by the owner for the successful start-up and commissioning of all systems. 8. Participates in business development proposals and presentations. 9. Responsible for understanding prime contract terms and conditions, contract documents, subcontract agreements, purchase order agreements, etc. Minimum Job Requirements 1. 10+ years' construction project supervision. 2. BS Degree in construction related field. 3. Proficient use of all Microsoft Office Suite programs. 4. Projects worked in excess of $200 million in size. - Manage client relationships to exceed expectations and serve as the primary point of contact for project delivery.

- Managing design of major capital industrial projects within an engineering consulting firm focused on data center facilities projects is required .
- Advanced working knowledge of contract management, pre-design, pre-construction, renovations, demolition, new construction building systems/components and technology, and construction administration
- Experience with various disciplines, trades, and systems related to complex industrial facilities, with an emphasis on full project delivery
- Experience in the execution of multi-office projects with remote teams.
- Strong people leadership skills along with building and maintaining client relationships.
- Strong understanding of engineering principles and industry standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in client-facing roles and business development.

*** This position is for a full time traveling assignment supporting an Advanced Technology project, which includes our Data Center, Pharmaceutical, Industrial/Manufacturing, and EV/Battery/Renewables market segment groups (MSG). ***
Reports to: Deputy Operations Manager, Operations Manager
Essential Duties & Responsibilities*:
- Coordinate with the Operations Manager for all assignment of Superintendent and Foreman positions.
- Assign and coordinate all trade field assignments with the needs of various projects.
- Support Superintendent throughout the duration of the job.
- Review project schedules with Superintendents/Foreman. Ensure that critical activities and decisions remain on task and that Required On Job (ROJ) dates are provided to the project management team.
- Document project field issues that impact budget, quality or schedule, and provide to the project management team.
- Respond to subcontractor requests for field issues that impact budget, quality or schedule.
- Provide oversight for the Superintendent/Foreman for the development and maintenance of a Resource Allocation Control System (RACS).
- Provide guidance in implementation of the Project Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) program.
- Identify projects with Self-Perform opportunities and assist in the development of the Self-Perform proposal.
- Manage Self-Perform performance.
- Work in concert with Business Unit Safety Director to implement the BU Safety Program.
- Manage Review of Capabilities, Accomplishments and Progress (ReCAP) progress for field trades people.
- Maintain a progression/succession plan for all high-potential tradesmen in conjunction with the Operations Manager (OM).
- Manage training for tradesmen.
- Support Business Development, Estimating and the Project Executives (PX's) with development of operational plans for all pursuits.
- Support the Project Executive, Project Superintendent and Project Manager to support development of logistics plans and schedules during pre-construction and early project activities.
The salary range for this position is estimated to be $170,000.00 - 250,000.00 annualized, which represents the company's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree plus a minimum of ten years' related experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience. Proven written and verbal communications abilities; proficiency with computer applications, including Microsoft Office suite, SAP, SharePoint, etc. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must be able to travel 50%+ of the time.

STV is seeking a Project Manager - Data Centers, Mission Critical for our PM/CM Group in Phoenix, AZ
Key responsibilities will include organizing cross-functional activities, coordination of project work efforts for the completion of the project (i.e., project deliverables, schedule and budget). Capable of managing and directing the development of proposals, project initiation, project execution/control and project closeout for construction projects, and is responsible for project budgets, extra work requests and invoicing. Participates in project-specific marketing, proposal preparation and presentations for successful project selection. Plans the complete project execution and develops the project manual. Works with Senior Managers to schedule and monitors manpower requirements against the project budget/spending performance, including managing activities related to project scope, schedule, cost, cash flow, quality, communications, coordination, manpower, discipline requirements, resources, procurement, and risk elements required to optimize client service, quality, and fiscal responsibility.
Required Skills:
The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related field
Will be the senior member of STV interacting with the client on site. Must be capable of assisting senior leaders in managing projects from initiation, through preconstruction, procurement, construction, and close out.
Must be capable of assisting STV senior leaders in procuring work opportunities within the market sector.
Must be able to utilize Microsoft office suite of products. Good verbal and written communication skills are essential.
Experience with BIM, P6, Procore or E-builder a plus. LEED, DBIA, PMP, CCM, RA, PE a plus but not required.
Formal training in project management is preferred. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and other computer skills are required.
Candidate should have a good understanding of project contract's terms and conditions and scope of work.
Compensation Range:
$101,562.83 - $135,417.11
