Have a Heart is the fastest-growing cannabis retailer on the west coast with operating stores in WA and CA. We are currently seeking experienced Delivery Drivers to join us in Coalinga, CA!

Reporting to the Store Manager, the Delivery Driver is responsible for delivering online and phone orders to customers in the designated delivery zone, in a timely manner, while following all compliance regulations and company policies.

Requirements to be considered for this role include:

• Current CA Driver's License and a clean driving records per company insurance requirements
• Must be a minimum of 21 years of age.
• Experience as a licensed driver in Coalinga, CA, with familiarity with the surrounding areas.
• A minimum of five (5) years experience as a licensed driver in the United States
• A minimum of two (2) years customer service and/or delivery driver experience
• A minimum of two (2) years cash handling experience
• Working knowledge of cannabis industry compliance and operational best practices helpful.

This position offers a competitive hourly pay rate PLUS tips!

Successful completion of a pre-employment background check, including a current motor vehicle record (MVR) is required. Delivery Drivers will be required to demonstrate ongoing eligibility for company vehicle insurance through regular checks of their MVR. A Live Scan is also required for Coalinga, CA.

WiZiX Technology Group - Delivery Driver

We are looking for a qualified candidate to deliver, set-up, and install equipment (copier/printer/fax). Good communication skills, a valid driver's license with a clean DMV record, and stable work history with verifiable references are required. Some lifting necessary.

Job Responsibilities

• Load, unload, deliver copiers and copier products
• Follow routes and time schedule
• Operate and inspect a delivery box truck
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service
• Accurately match outbound/inbound products to paperwork
• Assist in unboxing and help setting up copiers and copier products
• General warehouse work

Requirements and Skills

• Strong self-motivator, independent worker
• Must have a clean driving record and pass a background check
• Strong stable work history
• Lifting will be necessary

Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, walk up and down stairs, bend down, stoop, kneel, crouch, and work at floor level, and walk long distances.

As a Delivery Driver, you will have face-to-face contact with customers as you deliver orders. You will safely drive a Graybar truck or van from the warehouse to each destination, providing on-time delivery and good customer service. You will be responsible for maintaining positive customer relations and passing along customer feedback, and even promoting services and products! One advantage of this role is that it is typically Monday-Friday during the day and you will be home each night. **Work Shift and Hours:**
+ Monday - Friday, 5:30am - 2:30pm
**Compensation Details:**
+ The expected pay rate for this position is starting at $21.00 per hour - $24.00 per hour depending on experience.
**In this role you will:**
+ Help determine best routes for delivery to meet customer expectations
+ Deliver products to Graybar customers while providing excellent customer service
+ Load and unload trucks using warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks
+ Inspect vehicle and supplies
+ Safely operate vehicle at all times
+ Maintain proper truck logs
+ Work a local route - no overnights or weekends away
**What you bring to the table:**
+ Customer service skills
+ Ability to perform the physical requirements necessary to work in a warehouse environment; must pass pre-employment physical testing
+ Safely operate warehouse equipment and proper use of PPE
+ Experience required driving a van or truck equal or below 26,000 GVW
+ Must have a valid driver's license issued by his/her state of residence appropriate for type of vehicle
+ Must be able to pass DOT medical exam and Commercial Motor Vehicle Certification
