Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of digital initiatives and campaigns, delivering actionable recommendations for optimization.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs and performance metrics across platforms.
- Apply statistical techniques and data analysis tools to interpret data, uncover insights, and identify patterns and opportunities for growth.

- Minimun 2 years of experience in digital analytics or a related field, with strong expertise in web analytics, digital marketing, and conversion tracking, preferably in digital agencies.
- Proficiency in analytics platforms such as Google Analytics and experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- A degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with SEO, paid media campaigns, and website analytics is advantageous.
- A proactive team player with a passion for digital marketing and data-driven decision-making.

We're working on a contract-to-hire opportunity for a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to support a growing team with their digital strategy and execution. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with SEO, paid media, social media, and email marketing, and can confidently manage digital initiatives that drive engagement, traffic, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:
+ Plan, manage, and optimize digital campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn
+ Support and execute SEO strategy to increase organic traffic and search rankings
+ Manage social media scheduling, content, and performance analytics
+ Assist in email marketing campaigns including segmentation, A/B testing, and automation
+ Monitor performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROI) and provide actionable insights
+ Collaborate with content creators and designers to align creative with campaign goals
+ Maintain and update website content; experience with CMS tools like WordPress is preferred
+ Stay current on digital trends, platform updates, and emerging tools
Requirements
Requirements:
+ 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing
+ Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs)
+ Strong grasp of Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and basic UTM tracking
+ Familiarity with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar)
+ Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
+ Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to changing priorities
+ Open to a contract-to-hire setup and available to work (onsite/hybrid as needed)

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with vendor partners to plan, develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, focusing on Paid Search, Programmatic Display Advertising, and Paid Social advertising.
- Develop and strategize test campaigns including ad copy, creative, offers, and landing pages to improve key metrics across all campaigns.
- Liaise with Analytics and Ad Ops teams to guarantee proper tagging and integration with websites, analytics tools, and reporting platforms.
- Work in collaboration with internal teams to implement new digital advertising programs.
- Monitor compliance for active ads across all brands.
- Apply a data-driven, quantitative approach to digital advertising.
- Generate campaign performance reports and dashboards to evaluate the performance of all marketing campaigns against defined KPIs and goals.
- Collaborate with marketing field partners to analyze programs and recommend updates to creative, offers, and other program tactics.
- Assist with the allocation of monthly and quarterly budgets.
- Maximize the use of co-op funds for digital advertising activities sponsored by vehicle manufacturers. Requirements - Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing or a related field
- Proficient in Content Management System (CMS)
- Experience in using CRM and Database systems
- Knowledge of Facebook Insights, Advertisements, and Analytics
- Ability to create and manage brand awareness campaigns
- Experience in campaign planning and execution
- Proficient in using Google Analytics, Google Ad Manager, Google AdSense, and Google AdWords
- Must possess excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field is preferred
- Must have a strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices
- Experience in ecommerce, SEO, PPC, Email marketing, and social media
