The Role
Frank & Eileen is seeking a highly organized and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to support both upper-funnel and lower-funnel paid content efforts with a strong understanding of digital marketing principles and practices. This role will assist with our paid media efforts, both international and domestic, including but not limited to Meta, Pinterest, YouTube, TikTok, and display ads. Responsibilities
- Responsible for collecting and deploying all content to external partners for use in paid digital marketing.
- Management of Airtable cards/G-drive folders, communication with external partners, and coordination with internal creative team.
- Track the content that performs best and ensure that the internal team has a firm understanding of best practices and what success looks like.
- Support the paid content workstreams by supporting the briefing process, sending products to content creators & tracking their orders.
- Ensure proper sign off on usage and clearly communicate usage timelines, as well as confirm follow through.
- Brief new content requirements to internal teams upon request; coordinate image refreshes as required such as new Performance Max assets and display ads.
- Drive campaigns by owning briefs & communications with content creators and external agencies.
- Participate in F&E photo + video content shoots to capture specific content to be used in paid channels.
- Regularly communicate with internal F&E teams on what paid campaigns are live.
- Own internal system with Customer Service team to research feedback from paid social campaigns.
- Some travel may be required.

The mission of the Warner Records Marketing team is to drive fandom, music consumption, direct-to-consumer (D2C) purchases, and social conversation/engagement through innovative digital marketing strategies.
