• Develop digital marketing analysis for individual properties, regional campaign initiatives, and recruiting efforts. (Financial Estimates, Repositioning Strategies, Lease-Up Strategies, Presentation Materials, and more).

· Develop digital marketing financial estimates related to digital marketing analysis provided and/or generated.

· Attend Transition and Disposition calls to maintain Transition and Disposition Boards as current in Project Management Software (Monday.com), for GWS team alignment and management.

· Maintain Media Plan Dashboard for GWS team alignment.

· Run Social Media Content Management Service.

· Run VG Corporate Social Media Strategy and Campaign

· Assist in naming proposals in collaboration with internal team members.

• Establish team KPIs and ensure digital channels meet or exceed all financial and engagement targets. Work with Digital and Business Analytics team to automate more of the digital reporting and continue to find new ways to deliver digital reporting to clients.

• Gain understanding into customer needs through collection of competitive landscape analysis, audits, A/B testing, usage/success analysis; making adjustments to strategy and execution as needed.

• Evaluate and implement new tools and programs to improve workflows for the GREENWORKS Studio team. Continue overseeing and provide support on Monday.com and PandaDoc which are the most recent tools that have been introduced to the team.

• Evaluate all current outside vendors utilized by the GREENWORKS Studio team to ensure we have the best partners in the digital space and make recommendations for change if needed to ensure we hit revenue goals and provide the most up-to-date marketing strategies to our clients. Negotiate advertising rates and contracts with vendors and third-party clients, annually.

• Achieve financial objectives by assisting in preparing an annual GWS budget as needed alongside SVP and Senior Director of Operations; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.

• Build (as needed) and manage the digital marketing team ensuring clear, integrated team goals with delineated roles and responsibilities to support client’s needs. Schedule weekly meetings with direct reports as a group and individual check-in calls to ensure project workload is manageable.

• Attend annual in-person meetings in Detroit to collaborate, brainstorm, and work together as a team. Meetings to be held a couple times a year or as needed.

• Interfaces with outside clients and/or RSMD’s to convey the services offered by GREENWORKS Studio and how those services match up with their asset. This can be for potential Village Green clients during the RFP process, current VG clients, and potential outside clients solely for GREENWORKS Studio.

• Main partner and bridge to IT/Digital Team & Operations Support. Work with them on analytics, dashboards, be the go between IT/BA/GWS on transitions, dispositions and stabilized sites.

· Schedule reoccurring monthly meetings (as needed) with the RSMD’s to understand on-site trends, digital marketing needs, additional support needed, etc.

· Participate and join calls with the IT/BA/Digital Team to keep line of communication open and provide any updates they need from the GREENWORKS Studio side of the house, as needed.

• Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.

• Responsible to track both vendor invoices and client invoices in conjunction with accounting team with related direct service responsibility.

• Ability to manage a backlog, establish priorities, multi-task, and work proactively and independently. With a strong ability to coordinate and manage several projects at once.

• Ability to partner with internal staff to maintain brand consistency and integrity.

• Collaborate and meet regularly with GWS SVP and Director of Operations to ensure consistency across GREENWORK Studio.

• Run Weekly GWS Team Meetings.

Job Summary
We are seeking a Social Media Coordinator to join our team! As a Social Media Coordinator, you will be creating content across social platforms and retail channels, working on existing promotional campaigns, and maintaining a strong online presence. Maintaining compliant content and copy is of the utmost importance in the cannabis industry thus being informed of relevant regulations and sticking to those rules consistently is required. You will also be maintaining the comments section of all posts, ensuring every message published on social media is in tune with our company message, and keeping up to date with the latest social media trends. The ideal candidate is comfortable creating content for a social media platform, has strong organizational skills, and the ability to run a successful social media campaign. This job starts at 20 hours/week with the opportunity to earn full time employment is expectations are exceeded regularly.

Responsibilities
  • Create content for social media across multiple platforms in a variety of formats
  • Create and edit marketing and sales collateral for retail channels aligning with social calendar and
  • Maintain a compliant social channel per cannabis industry standards by staying up to date on all relevant regulations
  • Monitor social media interactions across all platforms
  • Work closely with the rest of the social media team to stay on-brand and maintain an accurate voice across all platforms
  • Monitor social media trends with an eye for implementing them within the current marketing campaign
  • Manage and maintain a living social media calendar at least one month ahead at all times
  • Work closely with other teams as needed to ensure brand consistency
  • Create reports that show the progress and outcomes of social media campaigns
  • Ability to coordinate lifestyle and product photoshoots with local artists
  • Ability to source local artists to help create materials that they do not have the expertise to create themselves
  • Design marketing assets including menus, posters, stickers, swag, promotional material, in-store collateral
  • Affordably source marketing assets listed above and maintain strong relationships with sourcing vendors
Qualifications
  • Strong familiarity with all major social media platforms, including understanding social media trends
  • Familiarity with computer programs such as the Microsoft Office suite, photo editing software, and video editing software
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
  • Strong design skills and ability to edit quickly on the fly
  • Ability to work well with other artists, designers, photographers, etc
  • General knowledge of the cannabis industry and what is working, and not working, for various brands in the space
  • Experience in the cannabis industry navigating the regulations of social media as it relates to cannabis and CBD

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Expand company presence by creating and managing social media platforms (YouTube, Facebook, Snapchat, X (Twitter), Instagram, Constant Contact, etc.) that align with marketing goals

The Social Media Manager is responsible for creating, curating, and executing original, professional content for The Pulpo Group (TPG) restaurant brands. This role combines social strategy, photography, videography, and content management to grow brand visibility and engagement across all platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.). In addition to their own content creation, the Social Media Manager will build and oversee a team of location-specific content creators, ensuring each brand’s story is authentically represented and consistently elevated.


The Social Media Manager will also develop and execute the organization’s social media strategy—creating engaging content, managing online communities, tracking performance, and aligning social efforts with broader marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement. The role requires managing each brand’s presence by producing dynamic content, responding to guests, engaging with local groups and influencers, and tailoring strategies unique to each TPG location, as well as leading food and beverage photoshoots, event coverage, and other marketing needs as directed by the Director of Marketing.


CORE DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

This is a full-time, in-person role. The Social Media Manager drives content creation and strategy for TPG’s restaurants, blending photography, videography, and community management to grow brand awareness and engagement. Being on-site and immersed in daily operations is essential to capture authentic, real-time content, while also executing campaigns, managing online communities, and covering photoshoots and events to bring each brand’s story to life.


STRATEGY & PLANNING

  • Develop and implement tailored social media strategies for each TPG brand (Sava’s, Aventura, The Dixboro Project, and The Pulpo Group) to drive growth in following, engagement, and brand awareness.
  • Build monthly content calendars and weekly posting schedules for review, including feed posts, reels, and stories.
  • Analyze current social media efforts to identify weaknesses and recommend improvements.
  • Set, monitor, and react to key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Stay ahead of industry and platform trends, algorithm updates, and best practices to proactively suggest new ideas, campaigns, and collaborations.

CONTENT CREATION

  • Capture compelling photography and videography that showcases menu items, events, restaurant experiences, and behind-the-scenes stories.
  • Edit and format content optimized for each platform (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc).
  • Organize and execute scheduled food, beverage, and event photoshoots.
  • Ensure all content is on-brand and aligned with company values and goals.
  • Leverage social media trends to create timely, engaging, and shareable content that amplifies reach and following.

COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT

  • Monitor and respond to DMs, comments, mentions, and reviews across all accounts in a timely and professional manner to foster community engagement.
  • Engage with local businesses, influencers, and community groups to build brand awareness and partnerships.
  • Track competitor activity and industry trends to identify opportunities for engagement
  • Manage online communities by creating a consistent, positive, and engaging brand presence.

EXECUTION & ANALYTICS

  • Post consistently with a balanced mix of feed posts, reels, and stories.
  • Manage and optimize paid Meta ad campaigns, including budgets, targeting, and tracking results.
  • Monitor and analyze performance data using social media management tools for scheduling, listening, and analytics.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for content optimization and campaign improvements.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all accounts, including profile photos, biographies, links, hours, etc.

COLLABORATION

  • Partner with the Director of Marketing, chefs, managers, and event coordinators to ensure timely promotion of specials, menu updates, and events.
  • Build and oversee a team of location-specific content creators to ensure each brand’s story is authentically represented and consistently elevated.
  • Collaborate with the Director of Marketing and Marketing Coordinator to develop cross-channel assets and campaigns, and support photography and content needs for other marketing initiatives such as event promotions, newsletters, and promotional materials.
  • Contribute creative ideas that align with the goals, values, and unique voice of each brand.
  • Use project management tools (Asana, Google Workspace) to stay aligned with the team.
