Nationwide homebuilder is looking for a social media intern to assist in the management and growth of its social media presence.
Social Media Intern Job Responsibilities:
+ Manages and monitors social media accounts including Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and Tiktok for the company's many brands.
+ Brainstorms content ideas, creates editorial calendars for content, and uploads content to social pages.
+ Craft language for various social platforms.
+ Creates graphics and edit videos
+ Responds to messages and comments on all social media platforms and provides an excellent customer service experience.
+ Analyzes post metrics to determine the success of the content.
+ Researches trends and strategies to make suggestions based on their findings.
Hours: Up to 40 hours / week, hours are flexible.
Position will be remote and paid.
Required Skills:
+ Proficient in using social media
+ Familiar with social media marketing
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills
+ Familiar with graphic design and video editing tools
Education / Experience:
+ Marketing, Communications, or Design major

Job Responsibilities

  • Act as an expert regarding meal plan options, campus locations, and overall dining services program

  • Utilize tools and technology available to sell meal plans

  • Staff meal plan/dining program information tables

  • Regularly create and assist in maintaining social media content

  • Regularly assist in all marketing event setup, execution and breakdown

  • Maintain excellent customer service and positive demeanor towards guest, customers, clients, co-workers, etc.
