We are seeking Program Supervisors to oversee operations in ourPsychiatric Residential Intensive Treatment Program (PRTF), dedicated to our **adolescent clients** , ages 10-21.Program Supervisors oversee, support, supervise and act as a resource to direct support staff and individuals served. Administrative tasks are also required as needed.
***Starting pay: $24.00 per hour.**
Additional compensation for Experience & Bachelor's degree or higher.
Shifts That May Be Available:
**1st: 6:30am-3:15pm**
**2nd: 2:30pm-11:00pm**
**3rd: 10:45pm-7:15am**
**Floating: 12:00pm-8:00pm (can vary, must be flexible)**

**Qualifications**
**EDUCATION:** Bachelor's Degree in the field of counseling, mental health, social work, psychology/sociology, rehabilitation, special education, or human services field preferred; OR Some college education w/60 college credits in human services preferred.
**EXPERIENCE:** Two (2) years of supervisory experience preferred (degree); or four (4) years of supervisory experience in a mental health related discipline required (non-degree); Direct care experience with the I/DD (intellectual/developmental disabilities) population, specifically children and adolescents preferred.
Other qualifications:
+ Must be a minimum of 21 years of age.
+ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; leadership, relationship management, and multi-tasking skills are required.
+ Strong technical skills and ability to utilize in-house computer applications.
+ Have a strong passion for working with and helping children living with emotional and behavioral differences.
+ Valid Driver's License and Satisfactory Drug Screen and Background Check results.
+ On-call, weekend availability and some holidays required.

Plans, organizes, develops, and directs the overall operation of the Dietary Department in accordance with current federal, state, and local regulations governing the center and as directed by the Administrator. 5. Reviews and documents patient's cultural backgrounds that may affect food consumption.

8. Maintains the proper storage, preparation, distribution and serving of food under sanitary conditions in accordance with regulatory guidelines.

11. Supervises proper procedures for cleaning all kitchen equipment to include but not limited to carts, tables, counters, ice machine, buckets, blender, mixer, meat slicer, freezer, refrigerator, stove, oven, steamer, garbage disposal, dish machine, coffee/ tea maker, and steam table.
12. Supervises the operation of all major equipment to include but not limited to the dish machine, garbage disposal, blender, mixer, steamer, meat slicer, fryer, steamer, ovens, and coffee/tea maker.
13. Monitors food production to ensure meals are prepared and served to maintain nutritive value in compliance with regulatory guidelines.

**MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED:**
Should possess, as a minimum, a high school diploma or its equivalent.
**MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:**
Two (2) years' experience in a supervisory capacity in an assisted living community, hospital or other related medical center.

Home Health with Less Travel!
Our Registered Nurses (RNs) supervise, evaluate, and provide nursing services to clients in various senior living communities, including assisted living and independent living facilities.
Our facility-based RNs enjoy:

Responsibilities
Home Health with Less Travel!
Our Registered Nurses (RNs) supervise, evaluate, and provide nursing services to clients in various senior living communities, including assisted living and independent living facilities.
Our facility-based RNs enjoy:
- providing care to our patients within the beautiful confines of the assisted living facilities where our patients reside
- 1:1 patient care
- the ability to follow each patient from start to discharge
Enhabit RNs work collaboratively with facility wellness staff on a daily basis to ensure strong lines of communication and overall continuity of care for the residents and their loved ones. Additionally, our facility-based RNs consult as needed with the physician and the office giving details about patient care and act as the point of contact for all disciplines involved with providing care to patients. Performing accurate OASIS collection, ensuring the medication profile remains current, ensuring lab values have been reported to the physician timely, attending weekly case conference and monthly case manager meetings are key responsibilities of our Registered Nurse RN Home Health .
Qualifications
Registered Nurse RN Home Health must meet the following requirements:
- Be currently licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of employment
- A minimum of one year of clinical experience is preferred
- Demonstrate knowledge and skill in current nursing practice
- Possess a valid state driver’s license and automobile liability insurance
