Required Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
+ 10+ years of experience in investor relations, corporate finance, equity research, investing, or investment banking-preferably in a manufacturing, marine, or industrial technology environment.
+ Strong understanding of capital markets, financial modeling, and valuation techniques.

**Working Conditions:**

The anticipated pay range for this position is $148,300 - $250,300 annually. The actual base pay offered will vary depending on multiple factors including job- related knowledge/skills, relevant experience, business needs, and geographic location. In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.

**A Brief Summary of This Position:** As a key member of the Investor Relations (IR) team, the Director of Investor Relations plays a critical role in advancing Valmont's relationship with the investment community through strategic event management, investor-focused communications, and impactful messaging. **Essential Functions:**
+ This position reports directly to the Senior Vice President, Investor Relations and Treasurer and may have one or more direct reports, depending on team structure and business needs.
+ This role requires up to 15% travel domestically or internationally, including overnight stays.
+ Oversee and direct the strategy, planning, scheduling, and execution of all investor relations events including quarterly earnings calls, investor conferences, analyst days, non-deal roadshows, and post-earnings calls.

**Required Qualifications of a Director-Level Candidate (Education, Experience, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities):**
+ Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, communications, or related field with a 8+ years of relevant experience or associate's degree with 10+ years of relevant experience or 12+ years relevant experience in investor relations, corporate finance, or financial communications.
+ Proven experience leading investor relations strategy at a public company and managing high-impact investor events and communications, including quarterly earnings processes, investor/analyst days, and executive scripting.
+ Demonstrated ability to partner directly with C-level executives and provide actionable capital markets insights.
+ Track record of developing and executing investor relations strategies that support valuation, shareholder engagement and corporate positioning.

**We are seeking a Sr. Director, Investor Relations for our Foster City Campus.**
The Sr. Director of Investor Relations will be responsible for evolving and executing a strategic Investor Relations program that is already recognized as best-in-class in biotech. The salary range for this position is: $243,100.00 - $314,600.00. Position Summary:

Grayscale is seeking an experienced and strategic Director, to serve as the key bridge between the financial community. Reporting to the CFO, this role is responsible for building a robust investor relations function that supports our capital strategy, enhances our market positioning, and strengthens relationships with shareholders and analysts. This is a critical role articulating our financial health, fund performance, and competitive differentiation to external stakeholders. Responsibilities:

Investor Engagement & Communication

  • Own and lead the investor relations strategy in alignment with corporate goals and financial objectives.
  • Prepare and deliver earnings materials, investor presentations, and shareholder communications with clarity, consistency, and strategic messaging.
  • Organize and execute investor meetings, analyst days, capital markets events, and roadshows to strengthen relationships and broaden institutional ownership.

Corporate Investor Relations & Strategic Advisory

  • Partner with the CFO and executive leadership to craft a compelling investment narrative grounded in the firms financial performance, strategic priorities, and long-term vision.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to the executive team, providing market intelligence, investor sentiment, and competitive insights to help inform decision-making.
  • Monitor and analyze industry trends, peer activity, and market movements that may impact investor perception and valuation.

Capital Markets & Disclosure

  • Support capital planning and equity strategy, including scenario modeling and evaluating financing.
  • Ensure investor communications are aligned with legal, regulatory, and compliance standards.
  • Oversee the preparation of corporate and fund-level investor materials, including annual and interim reports, NAV updates, factsheets, FAQs, proxy statements, and other disclosures.

Internal Collaboration & Fund Reporting

  • Collaborate closely with finance, marketing, legal, compliance, and portfolio management teams to ensure message consistency and transparency.
  • Coordinate with fund operations and finance to ensure accuracy and transparency in fund-level reporting and investor disclosures.
  • Provide regular updates to the Board and senior leadership on investor feedback and market positioning.

Prior Experience/Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration (required).
  • MBA, CFA, or CPA designation strongly preferred.
  • 1015+ years experience in investor relations, investment banking, corporate finance, or capital markets.
  • Prior experience leading an IR function or serving as the senior IR representative at a public company.
  • Experience supporting or overseeing fund-level financial reporting, performance communications, and investor transparency deliverables (e.g., NAV updates, factsheets, product-level disclosure).
  • Strong background in capital markets, financial modeling, and valuation.

Opportunity Overview
The Associate Director will contribute significantly to the development and execution of an integrated communications strategy that aligns with and promotes Rhythms value proposition, milestones and achievements.   • Develop and implement strategies that drive Rhythms corporate narrative, reputation and brand through multiple external channels;
  • Help to plan and execute a comprehensive, strategic investor relations program to increase Rhythms visibility with the investment community
  • Assist with the ongoing refinement of key messaging and market positioning based on company performance, market perception, expectations, peer performance and relative valuation
  • Develop and provide counsel on key metrics, guidance progression, and disclosure policies
  • Analyze internal and external forecasts, data, and assumptions to provide aggregated view of expectations and implications for stock price and investor and analysts perception
  • Help manage quarterly earnings processes preparation of materials including earnings conference call scripts, press releases, Q&A documents, and other associated materials for sell-side and buy-side post-earnings calls
  • Advise on optimal communications for analysts and investors including post-earnings call messaging for each
  • Monitor analyst and peer estimates, consensus estimates, sell-side research, and market-related trends impacting valuation and perception
  • Ensure messaging relative to Rhythms performance, achievements and corporate objectives is consistent
  • Advise and update investor presentation for investor conferences, 1x1 meetings and non-deal roadshows
  • Provide guidance on additional IR and corporate communications initiatives including, but not limited to, annual report and other SEC filings, sustainability report, proxy and annual general meeting materials, IR website and more
  • Liaise with and update external corporate ratings agencies, such as Glass Lewis, ISS, MSCI, etc.
  • Stay informed on relevant macro and sector news flow and trends; monitor and communicate internally about competitive information
  • Manage creation of corporate materials to support brand and pipeline communications for milestones, and identify opportunities to amplify our product and corporate brands;
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in all communications activities.

Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree business, finance or accounting related; advanced degree preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience working with investor communications in a finance or biopharma company, with a strong track record of creating positive relations with colleagues and clients
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
