Job Summary: The Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for performing complex analyses and research in all areas of the assigned business unit. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, database and reporting development, financial analysis, market share/ research analysis and contract utilization monitoring. This role will have frequent and in-depth interaction with internal/external customers, vendors and GPO resources. This job demands the capability to meet rigorous deadlines, balance multiple priorities and achieve high levels of productivity.
Essential Job Functions & Accountabilities:
- Accountable as the primary analyst and report writer for the procurement, contracting and distribution modules of the Lawson Enterprise Resource Planning System.
- Identifies cost savings opportunities for products currently in use through review and analysis of group purchasing contracts, local contracts and market data.
- Project management and/or active involvement and ownership of data collection, analysis and reporting.
- Develops recommendations and alternatives to meet business needs of assigned area.
- Manages and adheres to the contract amendment process to facilitate line-item changes to contracts. Conduct routine internal audits to ensure contract clarity/accuracy.
- Manages various analytical team projects designed around best practices and benchmarking; track progress and present findings to relevant internal/external stakeholders.
- Develops and standardizes tools, methodologies and procedures for data and information collection.
- Provides support to assigned departments by analyzing pricing, completing routine business reviews and developing various reports. Interpret analysis findings to share with customers as appropriate.
- Compiles and presents analysis summaries/recommendations for external and internal clients.
- Analyzes bid pricing to identify opportunities for improvement during negotiations.
- Prepares ad-hoc analysis as needed.
- Collaborates with Revenue Cycle to compare reimbursement opportunities related to implants and associated supplies, as it relates to cost per case.
- Active participant at VAT department meetings and VAT division meetings.
- Works with Supply Chain Lawson Team representative to make sure pricing from contracts is reflected in the charge master for appropriate billing and charging once contracts are completed.
- Performs additional projects/duties as needed by the department and Supply Chain Director.

The Supply Chain Analyst will help determine opportunities to automate, standardize and support business processes and functions across the business unit and various technologies. Will function as business IT liaison in accordance with business strategies. Develop and support existing reporting and analytics to deliver cost and productivity savings working closely with CoE business process owners, region and local business leaders.
**PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:**
+ Serve as business/technical subject matter expert (SME) for various technologies utilized across Warehouse, Distribution and Transportation (e.g., TruBlu fleet) teams to ensure safe and efficient operations.
+ Provide business/technical support to Corporate, Supply Chain, Distribution Center personnel for Supply Chain system initiatives, including testing and implementing new technologies, functionality, or system or user enhancements.
+ Support future system upgrades and execution of new functionality.
+ Develop standardized processes and procedures for the proper use and application of all technologies.
+ Assist with the development of KPIs and measurement tools.
+ Develop standardized reporting / dashboards as per business needs.
+ Determine opportunities to redesign business processes to achieve better business results.
+ Document and publish detailed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and training materials for technologies.
+ Provide on-going training to the Distribution/Transportation teams as required. This may consist of either remote and/or on-site training as required.

**Job Description**
Supply Chain Manager positions offered by Safran USA, Inc. (Irving, TX). Manages global supplier performance from business initiation to mass production. This includes but is not limited to obtain, implement, track supplier improvement plan, continuously improve in order to guarantee cost, quality, and on time delivery performance is in line with final customer expectation. Also, ensure global supplier supply chain representative improvement action cohesion. Coordinates rate readiness activities (risk analysis, baselines, run rates, maturity and capacity audits) to secure the supplier long term industrial coherence to the customer needs, in order to secure deliveries and quality during the all-program life. Supports other supply chain representative in their missions, purchasing, quality, procurement, critical care, etc. Ensure contractual expectations with suppliers. Understand demands from customers and responsible for the coordination of the relationship between Safran and the supplier. Visit suppliers and at completion of each trip provide a visit report. Continuous Improvement/Maturity of Supply Chain and Processes. Rate Readiness baselines and actions, conduct audits and create action plan(s) and follow-up. Create risk analysis and action plan(s). Project management. Ensure adherence to Safran processes and procedures.
**Job Requirements**
Requires a Master's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Engineering Technology/Management or related field and 3 years of experience in the job offered or in a global supplier performance role within aerospace industry. Stated experience must include: SAP ERP software; CPIM/APICS Certified; aerospace manufacturing or production management experience; Green Belt certification and project management training; and Supply Chain methods and practices (Line of Balance, procurement, waterfall, load and capacity, DMAIC, Root Cause Analysis or equivalent methods and practices.) Must be willing to travel domestically 40% of working time and internationally 10% of working time.

**Job Description**
