**Mount Sinai Doctors Hartsdale Medical Practice is seeking an Endocrinologist for its primary care practice in Westchester, NY!**
The Mount Sinai Doctors Hartsdale Medical Practice is a primary care practice serving Westchester County. Hartsdale is one of the few communities immediately surrounding New York City that still has two working farms, both on Secor Road. It also has several parks, including Secor Woods Park, Ridge Road Park, and Rumbrook Park. The town can generally be subdivided into several areas, including the "Village" or downtown part (East Hartsdale Avenue), Manor Woods, Windsor Park, Poet's Corner, Ridge Road, Orchard Hill, College Corners, or more specifically one of the several condominium developments built since the 1970s.

The Medical Assistant Relations Associate is responsible for effectively and efficiently providing patient procedures as ordered by the physician under the guidance of licensed medical staff (LPN, RN, NP or MD). In addition, provides clerical support necessary for efficient and effective functioning of the office.

1. Performs EKGs as ordered by the physician
2. Performs lab testing as ordered by the physician
3. Performs PFT as ordered by the physician
4. Admits patient to the exam room and takes vital signs, medical history, medication history and allergy history. Height and weight as indicated
5. Performs quality controls
6. Ensures that the patient referrals are completed and forwarded appropriately
7. Documents appropriately any treatment
8. Documents any telephone contact with the patient
9. Documents in the lab accession log and outside medical testing log as per established procedure
10. Adheres to universal precautions and OSHA Regulations
11. Maintains examination rooms and medical areas in a clean and orderly fashion
12. Registers and transacts patients promptly and accurately using current computer system
13. Updates pertinent patient information, including medical insurance coverage and eligibility
14. Ensures that all patients names appear on daily ledger sheets
15. Schedules patient appointments
16. Retrieves and files medical reports/lab results
17. Processes HMO referrals as requested by Physician, Practice Management, and patients
18. Communicates to Physician all patient emergencies
19. Answers telephones with name and Beth Israel Medical Group office location
20. Takes messages to ensure follow-up on all calls
21. Scans paperwork into the EMR in a timely fashion
22. Balances ledger sheets and accounts for all monies received
23. Has accountability for all aspects of the cash box and the contents within. Notifies Office Administrator or Reimbursement/Front Office Coordinator when change is needed
24. Provides information to other departments as requested
25. Provides assistance with uncovered shifts
26. Confirms appointments
27. Notifies Practice Manager or Office Manager of any problems in the office
28. Notifies Practice Manager or Office Manager when office supplies are needed
29. Calls insurance companies to verify coverage and eligibility
30. Forwards to specialty offices all information pertinent to scheduled appointments; i.e., labs, referrals, ex-rays, etc.

Job Description
Under the direct supervision of a physician, the Physician Assistant provides diagnostic, therapeutic and preventive health care services.
**Qualifications**
0-2 years Physician's Associate experience
**Responsibilities**
1.Assesses patient health by interviewing them and obtaining and/or updating medical
history. Documents patient care services by charting in patient and department records.
2.Performs physical examinations and provides treatment and counsel.
3.Determines abnormal conditions by administering or ordering diagnostic tests and
laboratory studies. Interprets diagnostic test results.
4.Performs therapeutic procedures such as injections, immunizations, suturing and
managing wound care and infections.
5.Counsels patients regarding prescribedtherapeutic regimens, normal growth and
development, family planning, emotional problems of daily living, and health maintenance.
6.Develops and implements patient management plans, records progress notes, and assists
in provision of continuity of care.
7.Maintains a safe and clean work environment by ensuring compliance with infection-control policies and protocols and other safety procedures and regulations.
8.Provides assistance to physicians during surgery or complicated medical procedures.
9.May prescribe medication.
10.Performs other related duties

**Compensation Statement**
Mount Sinai Health System (MSHS) provides a salary range to comply with the New York City Law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements. The salary range for the role is $72473 - $ Annually. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, education, and hospital need. The Senior Manager for US Oral Care Healthcare Professional is responsible for maximizing the company’s scientific leadership in the Oral Care Professional space. This leader will partner with Global, the US Listerine Brand team and multiple cross-functional partners to activate healthcare professional plans that align with the overall brand operating plans and ultimately drive business growth. This position is responsible for managing the strategic deployment and performance of the US Oral Care Professional Sales business.
Responsibilities
Provide strategic leadership to cultivate an Oral Care Professional business model that ties to Listerine’s brand’s strategies and business objectives. Accountable for a holistic plan that leverages science, data and insights to engage with multiple HCPs audiences in a meaningful way across multiple touchpoints.
Lead cross functional and Agency relationships (Creative AOR, Media Agency, etc.) to develop scopes of work, lead creative strategy deliver against business priorities and evaluate performance relative to brand objectives.
Partner with US Consumer Professional Contracted Sales Organization (CSOs) to provide leadership, direction, and resource stewardship to the organizations field sales force. Lead and develop trusted relationships with 1 Sales Director, 5 District Field Managers, 1 Training Manager and 50+ Sales Reps. Collaborate to deliver strategic business priorities, sales guidance and ensure excellence in sales execution.
Maintain comprehensive knowledge and understanding of current environment and industry trends, digital advancements, category and competitive analysis, stay abreast of latest competitive activities and sales.
Manage brand budget and analytics to help deliver business objectives including Doctor recommendation growth and NPI goals.
Lead Oral Care strategy and contracting with Dental Service Organizations (DSOs) and dental school partnerships.
Plan and direct performance of 3 direct reports and several additional indirect reports; motivate employees, assist in goal setting, provide development opportunities and performance feedback, address issues and resolve problems.
Maintain quality and compliance through timely training, strict compliance with procedures, exercising the highest integrity, embracing employee involvement and commitment to doing the right job the first time.
What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree is required.
A minimum of 8 years experience in Healthcare, Pharmaceutical and/or Consumer Package Goods is required.
Candidates must demonstrate critical thinking skills, have strong negotiation skills, be able to work in a team environment, and be customer/market oriented.
Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced, rapidly evolving, highly complex, matrixed environment is required.
High level of drive and commitment with a strong bias for action and prioritization is required.
A proven track record to develop and deliver brand, marketing and customer strategies is required.
A leader and team-builder that inspires followership across large, geographically dispersed teams is required.
Ability to work closely with cross functional and other internal teams is required.
This position requires up to 25% domestic travel.
Desired Qualifications
A Master's degree is preferred.
Experience in brand marketing management is preferred.
People management experience is preferred.
Ability to influence key partners with ideas that build value is preferred.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, as well as demonstrated ability to work confidently and respectfully at all levels of an organization, both internally and externally is strongly preferred.
