**What You'll Do:**
+ Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
+ Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
+ Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
+ Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
+ Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
**Responsibilities:**
+ Provide customer service to clients, staff, visitors, and patients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies within the healthcare environment.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, utilizing de-escalation techniques as appropriate.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
+ Monitor and report any unusual activity, security-related hazards, or maintenance issues observed during patrols.
+ Assist with access control by verifying identification and/or authorizations as required for entry into restricted areas.
+ Support emergency response activities as directed, including assisting with evacuations or medical emergencies as needed.
+ Document all incidents, observations, and interactions in accordance with Allied Universal protocols.
+ Collaborate with healthcare staff and/or local law enforcement as necessary to address incidents or concerns on site.

**Minimum Requirements:**
