• Process Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPIS) orders within a four-hour timeframe to guarantee customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and ship Pack and Ship (PPS) orders within a two-day timeframe, unless specified for next-day delivery service.
• Properly package customer orders for shipment utilizing appropriate materials and in a timely manner.
• Effectively organize and fulfill layaway orders, especially during the holiday season.
• Deliver outstanding service by maintaining attention to detail and completing assigned tasks promptly.
• Promote Fleet Farm's customer loyalty program, credit card, and other company initiatives positively.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Certifiable to operate a forklift and other material handling equipment.
• Able to regularly lift and move up to 50 pounds and climb ladders.
• Willingness to work in a warehouse environment, which involves exposure to temperature fluctuations (hot/cold), noise, dust, and uneven walking surfaces.

General Function :

The E-commerce Fulfillment Associate prepares orders for online customers by accurately selecting ordered items via an automated selection system and manual item selection. Responsible for selecting "the best of the best" products for our online customers.

Reporting Relationships:

Accountable and Reports to: Director E-commerce Fulfillment center, E-commerce Manager, E-commerce fulfillment Operations Managers

Primary Responsibilities :

• Accurately selects groceries ordered via automated system
• Ensures equipment is operated in a safe manner
• Accurately selects ordered items via manual shopping in a timely manner
• Selects highest quality produce, meat and other fresh products
• Selects, scans, and bags items from all temperature zones
• Organizes, stacks, and stages orders for store delivery
• Loads orders into trucks and securely for store delivery
• Adheres to company policies and facility guidelines
• Reports to work when scheduled and on time

• Counts, merges and consolidates inventory
• Stocks and re-packs inventory as directed
• Sorts and organizes equipment
• Cleans equipment and environment as directed
• Performs other job-related duties and special projects as required

• Visual requirements include ability to see detail at near range with or without correction

• Strong understanding of lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies.

• Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement effective solutions.
• Knowledge of OSHA and other relevant safety regulations.

• Prepare orders for shipment by picking product from inventory, packing, and shipping according to company procedures ensuring all details of the order are correct, including SKU, size, condition and packaging
