General Function:
The E-commerce Fulfillment Associate prepares orders for online customers by accurately selecting ordered items via an automated selection system and manual item selection. Responsible for selecting “the best of the best” products for our online customers.
Reporting Relationships:
Accountable and Reports to: Director E-commerce Fulfillment center, E-commerce Manager, E-commerce fulfillment Operations Managers
Direct Reports: None
Primary Responsibilities:

Accurately selects groceries ordered via automated system

Ensures equipment is operated in a safe manner

Accurately selects ordered items via manual shopping in a timely manner

Selects highest quality produce, meat and other fresh products

Selects, scans, and bags items from all temperature zones

Organizes, stacks, and stages orders for store delivery

Loads orders into trucks and securely for store delivery

Adheres to company policies and facility guidelines

Reports to work when scheduled and on time

Education and Experience:
