Summary
This position is eligible for the Education Debt Reduction Program (EDRP) , which offers student loan repayment assistance. Eligibility and award amounts (up to $200,000) are determined after review of the EDRP application. Applicants must submit their application within four months of appointment. Duties
The VA Northeast Ohio Healthcare System is recruiting a Physician (Primary Care) to provide comprehensive primary care services within the Primary Care Service. The physician will lead a Patient Aligned Care Team (PACT), providing services such as history taking, physical exams, ordering labs, diagnosing, and creating treatment plans for acute and chronic conditions. The role involves collaboration with a multidisciplinary team and may require occasional assistance at other sites.

• Provide clinical examination, diagnosis, and treatment for primary care patients, referring to specialists when necessary.
• Monitor team performance to ensure quality care and compliance with VA standards.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and address patient concerns.
• Make medical decisions and offer diagnostic and therapeutic services.
• Maintain excellent communication with staff and community, working within a multidisciplinary team.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
