Summary:
Job Profile Summary
Manages the day-to-day operations of one or more training program(s) in collaboration with the Program Director(s) and GME Administrator and is an essential member of the training program team. Requires a comprehensive and detailed understanding of the ACGME accreditation process and manages the program's compliance with the Affiliation Agreement with the ACGME-recognized Sponsoring Institution. Assists the Program Director in the recruitment process and ensuring the program's involvement in all activities mandated by the ACGME-recognized Sponsoring Institution (i.e. CLER, QI, PQRS, AIR, and Resident Well-Being Subcommittee). Serves as a liaison between the training program and the GME Office at partnering organizations, attending Training Program Administrator (TPA) meetings of the Sponsoring Institution. Assists in the development and management of the budgeting planning of the Annual Plan and audits the assignments to match the Annual Plan. Provides leadership and direction to trainees to facilitate their professional and personal development.

Qualifications:
Required Education and Experience

1. Associates Degree and the equivalent of three (3) years of administrative experience in a Graduate Medical Education (GME), healthcare, or educational environment; or
2. High School Diploma or High School Equivalency diploma and the equivalent of five (5) years of administrative experience in a Graduate Medical Education (GME), healthcare, or educational environment.

NOTE:
Required degrees must have been granted by an accredited school, college or university or one recognized by Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center as following acceptable educational practices.

• Familiarity with ACGME Fellowship Program requirements
• Experience with tracking/documenting service hours, conference attendance, reporting obligations

The PEL will be building expertise for 7 brands, 5 therapeutic areas, understanding market conditions that impact the patient journey _,_ understanding rare competitive products, engage in account strategy and planning with galaxy and constellation teams, advise the cross functional teams on the patient perspective, consider the account direction when making execution decisions, and developing skills sets that will allow them to compliantly bring patient insights back to leadership reducing the need for external insights gathering. The Patient Education Liaison (PEL) is a key field-based member of the U.S. Rare Diseases Patient Support Services team. The PEL upholds the patient-focused mission by delivering comprehensive disease and product education, along with personalized support, to patients and families across all rare disease states and products aligned to assigned Rare Disease key accounts. This role ensures that patients are well-informed and supported throughout their journey. **Main Responsibilities:**

FULL JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Summary:

The Intensive Treatment Program (ITP) will include working with adolescents, typically 12 – 21 years old that are diagnosed on the Autism spectrum with mental health concerns and developmental or intellectual disabilities. The Behavior Technician- ITP working in a residential and educational setting is responsible for the delivery of evidence-based methods to support individuals with Autism and/or Intellectual Disability and mental health involvement. The methods include Applied Behavior Analysis approaches; classroom observation; observation in residential setting; data collection; supporting staff to implement individual behavior protocols and behavior intervention plans; and treatment integrity monitoring. In addition, regular assistance with personal hygiene tasks is required. Each individual also may be assigned to one or more special projects including administrative and organization tasks associated with these assignments.

Essential Job Duties:

The Behavior Technician must be able to successfully perform all essential functions of the position as follows:

1. Performs patient searches and patient belongings searches. Understands the contraband list.

2. Takes an active role in participating in and supporting a therapeutic and safe milieu.

3. Develops a working knowledge of therapeutic interventions and interactions.

4. Observes behaviors and communicates to the supervisor, medical, and others as appropriate.

5. Works cooperatively with the treatment team in the collection of pertinent data to assist in the development of the individualized treatment plan and Individual Education Plan (IEP).

6. Implements the behavioral plan developed specifically for the individual.

7. Provides ongoing feedback to regarding the individual’s response to the behavior plan.

8. Responsible for the administration and teaching of ADLs as required.

9. Responsible for assistance with personal hygiene tasks, as required.

10. Basic knowledge of sensory equipment use and how to provide successful sensory integration to individuals as indicated by their sensory menu and needs assessment.

11. Understands and utilizes the hand over hand prompts as indicated by the treatment plan.

12. Knowledge of normal growth and development and the impact of the developmental disabilities on the individual and his/her family.

13. Has basic knowledge of alternative communication techniques including AAC devices and basic sign language.

14. Knowledge of and ability to implement individual schedules (sensory schedules, milieu programming, toileting…etc) that are indicated in the behavioral plan.

15. Utilizes and updates the visual schedule for all activities.

16. Uses token and other earning systems throughout the shift following the individualized behavior plan.

17. Maintains compliance with supervision status of individuals (Visual Observation While Awake, 1:1) and freedom of movement (In-house, On Grounds) as indicated by physician order and/or Program Director directive.

18. Attends and participates in community meetings, groups and milieu programming.

19. Understands and implements strength based interventions.

20. Attends staff meetings at a minimum of one time per month.

21. Performs all scheduled cleaning tasks and environmental rounds.

22. Understands how to relay information to peers regarding up to date information and provide feedback to the treatment team.

23. Any other duty as assigned by your supervisor.

Salary: $1800 / Week
Will be working with students with moderate to sever behavioral and developmental disabilities.
Monday to Friday 36 Hrs. weekly.
The Special Education Teacher, under the direction of theSpecial Education Program Administrator provides quality services to specialeducation students, kindergarten through grade 12. The Special Education Teacher has acommitment to team participation in planning and implementation of studentprograms including special instruction, tutorial assistance and consultationwith general education staff.
Minimum Requirements:
+ Bachelor's Degree from an accredited universitypreferred
+ Valid state teaching certificate as required by state,contract/district regulations
+ Minimum of one year experience in teaching environmentpreferred
+ State Teacher Certification; Type: Standard ElementaryTeaching preferred
+ State Teacher Certification; Type: Standard SecondaryTeaching preferred
+ State Teacher Certification; Type: Standard Special Teachingpreferred
+ Endorsement: Learning Behavior Specialist (LBS1) preferred
+ Complies with all relevant professional standards ofpractice
+ Current CPR if applicable
+ TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
+ Current Health certificate (per contract or stateregulation)
+ Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
+ Must be at least 18 years of age
