Education Innovation Manager

The Hospital Patient Monitoring (HPM) Education Innovation Manager is responsible for architecting the education services within Business Innovation and Service Delivery (BISD) as well as leading strategic education products that further our ambition to provide a best-in-class education experience for both the HPM delivery organization and our customers.

Your role:

  • Lead strategic continuous improvement education projects, ensuring that they meet the needs of the regions and customers.

  • Act as education services architect within the BISD services catalog.

  • Gathers feedback from regions and customers as to where education process, tooling, and/or content can be improved and acts on that feedback.

You're the right fit if:

  • You’ve acquired 3 + years experience with a Master’s degree or 5 + years experience with a Bachelor’s degree in an HPM field-based role that includes experience delivering education to HPM customers.

  • Your skills include strong program management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities at once, effective communication skills and the ability to design optimized educational experiences for impacted audiences.

  • You have a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Health Science, Nursing, Engineering, Information Systems or Computer Science or equivalent.

  • You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position .

  • You also have experience working in a customer environment, such as RN or biomedical engineer in a hospital.

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details

The pay range for this position in Cambridge, MA is $126,000 to $01,600.

The pay range for this position in Highland Heights, OH and Nashville, TN is 112,500 to 180,000.

The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.

In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. Employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive Philips Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more.   • Develop and implement services in response to needs and wants of patients, referring providers, and administration.

  • Complete reports for ongoing productivity and outcomes tracking.

  • Adhere to department policies, procedures, quality standards and safety standards and comply with governmental and accreditation regulations.

Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in nursing, dietetics or a related field.

  • Current licensed to practice dietetics or nursing in the State of Ohio.

  • Dietitians must have completed a dietetic internship through a credentialed program and have active certification as a Registered Dietitian (RN) or Nutritionist (RDN).

  • Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES) upon hire or within two years of employment.

  • One year of experience as a Registered Dietitian or Registered Nurse.

Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:

  • Connection to and/or experience with a diabetes program.

  • Skilled in diabetes technology (insulin pumps, CGM, etc.).

  • Understanding of oral and injectable medication for diabetes.

  • Comfortable with virtual and in-person visits, group education and focused behavior change coaching.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to navigate extensively to provide services to a large number of patients throughout the hospital and clinic sites. Must have manual dexterity to sufficiently perform electronic data entry, and demonstrate devices and medications to patients.

  • Must have physical ability to measure and weigh patients.

Personal Protective Equipment:

  • Follows standard precautions using personal protective equipment as required.
