PCG's Education Strategies team works directly with senior education leaders in the K-12 sector to solve challenging problems, develop long-term strategy, guide change management and support implementation. Project work includes providing strategic direction and technical assistance in support of effective educational systems. **Duties and Responsibilities**
+ Participates in organizational analysis consulting projects for school districts and state education agencies.·

+ Must possess a comprehensive knowledge of the administration and management of an ACPE Center, including policy and curriculum development, business planning and implementation, and curriculum development
+ **certification** as a CPE Educator or Phase 2 CEC with the Association for Clinical Pastoral Education, Inc. (ACPE); ordination or ministry licensure or endorsement by denomination or faith group.
+ **Three (3) to five (5) years** of progressively more responsible CPE/Spiritual Care experience within an acute care and/or related healthcare ministry.
+ **Three (3) to five (5) years** of faith group ministry and/or similar professional leadership preferred. An equivalent combination of experience may be considered.
+ Ecclesiastical endorsement as required for ACPE Educator certification.
