Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Social Services, Education, Fitness, Nutrition, Public Health, or a related field.

Position Overview:
The Public Health Department executes FLIPANY's public awareness, community education, and youth development programs. The Program Manager is responsible for managing staff and independent contractors, and deliverables across multiple grant-funded and fee-for-service programs. This includes overseeing program implementation, maintaining compliance with funder requirements, supporting program growth, and ensuring program fidelity. Primary duties include: (1) Meeting and exceeding program deliverables, regulations, and guidelines, (2) Providing instructors with quality class materials, training, and support, (3) Contributing to the growth of fee-for-service programs and contracts, and (4) Monitoring program compliance, recordkeeping, and evaluation results.
Key Responsibilities:
Program & Project Management
- Manage multiple wellness-focused programs (i.e. physical activity, nutrition, agriculture, food security, FLIPANY Summer Camps, CATCH, Prime Time, and others).
- Oversee implementation of evidence-based curricula, monitor fidelity, and provide feedback on classroom and program content.
- Collaborate with the Senior Program Manager and Department Director to establish best practice models and improve program quality.
- Ensure compliance with grant requirements and organizational policies.
- Support development and execution of outreach materials, events, and educational initiatives.
Community & Partner Engagement
- Attend community partner meetings, outreach events, and site visits to strengthen partnerships and advance deliverables.
- Engage partner agencies to cross-sell FLIPANY programs and identify opportunities for expansion.
- Represent FLIPANY at events, fostering strong community relationships and promoting organizational initiatives.
- Actively participate in funder and partner meetings, contributing content and relationship support.
Data, Reporting & Compliance
- Collect and analyze program data, demographics, attendance, and survey results.
- Prepare and submit
accurate funder reports and fulfill additional data requests.
- Maintain thorough records of grant progress, contacts, and deliverables.
- Ensure all documentation is current and stored in SharePoint, Teams, and Salesforce (as applicable).
Staff & Contractor Supervision
- Provide feedback and coaching to program instructors, contractors, and staff.
- Co-lead weekly team meetings and conduct individual supervision as needed.
- Delegate responsibilities, ensure adherence to systems, and promote accountability.
- Support staff development and uphold a positive team culture.
Administrative & Organizational Support
- Maintain a presence in the Broward County FLIPANY office to support internal and external relationships.
- Assist in report writing, story collection, and documentation for funded projects.
- Collaborate with the Associate Director on social media representation of programs.
- Keep Outlook calendar updated with deadlines, meetings, and tasks.
- Perform other duties necessary to ensure departmental success.
Physical Requirements
Must have the use of sensory skills to effectively communicate and interact with other employees and the public using telephone and personal contact as normally defined by the ability to see, read, talk, sit, stand, hear, use hands to fingers, handle, feel or operate objects, read and write English. Physical capability to effectively use and operate
various items of office equipment, such as but not limited to a personal computer, calculator, copies and fax machines.
Work is predominantly indoors within a usually quiet to moderately noisy environment. A considerable amount of time is spent working/sitting in front of a computer. Must be able to lift, carry, and/or push articles weighing up to 20 lbs.

Job Summary and Qualifications
The Clinical Education Manager assists with the negotiation and arrangement of clinical experiences for all students enrolled in prelicensure nursing programs. In addition, this position provides oversight of the clinical experience to effectively integrate standardized clinical learning activities and student evaluation.
Position Responsibilities
1. Coordinate and supervise the operation of clinical experiences to provide clinical learning experiences according to established learning outcomes.
2. Assists faculty and staff with preparation for clinical experiences including required clinical compliance documentation for students and faculty as well as facility-specific orientation requirements according to facility deadlines.
3. May serve as faculty substitute in the facilitation of clinical experiences as needed.
4. Assists with standardized clinical faculty and staff orientation and development in collaboration with campus and college leadership.
5. Establishes and maintains relationship with representatives of clinical agencies to maintain a variety of clinical sites appropriate for student learning outcomes.
6. Oversees and assists with hiring, performance appraisal, and mentoring of clinical faculty and staff under the direction of campus leadership.
7. Assists with negotiating and arranging clinical experiences in alignment with the established clinical site selection criteria.
8. Identifies agencies for clinical experience that are appropriate to support course student learning outcomes and collaborates with campus leadership to establish clinical learning opportunities.
9. Oversees clinical site development and clinical scheduling to enhance nursing student experiences.
10. Oversees the implementation of clinical experience surveys in collaboration with College and Campus clinical learning leadership for continuous quality monitoring and improvement.
11. Performs walkthrough surveys of clinical sites and experiences and reports findings to college and campus leadership.
12. Makes recommendations for curriculum and clinical learning activity changes to the curriculum council and the Director of Clinical Learning based on research and identified needs identified when performing oversight in the clinical learning environment.
13. Communicates and integrates college-wide policy and process changes regarding clinical learning standardization and implementation.
14. Attends Student Advisory Committee meetings and reports feedback to college and campus leadership for the purpose of continuous quality monitoring and improvement.
15. Assists with the resolution of student and/or faculty concerns regarding clinical experiences in collaboration with college and campus leadership according to established policy and processes.
16. Other duties as assigned.
Position Requirements
+ Education: Minimum qualification of an MSN, or a BSN with at least two (2) years' experience in clinical education, with nursing background and knowledge that includes an understanding of the educational objectives and experiences of student nurses, an understanding of the clinical practice of nursing, knowledge of the diverse organizational environments in which nurses practice, and knowledge of the types of clinical sites needed to meet course content and objectives.
+ Unencumbered Licensure: Applicable state as a Registered Nurse.
+ Special Qualifications: At least two (2) years of recent clinical experience, excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, strong oral and written communication skills, ability to interpret learning experience needs of students and match them to the capabilities of clinical placement agencies, excellent interpersonal communication skills with the ability to be creative and innovative, and proficient computer skills in order to collect and analyze data. Must agree to obtain CNEcl certification within one (1) year of acceptance of position.

**Job Summary**
The Medical Education Manageris responsible fordesigning, implementing, and evaluatingcliniciantraining programs to support the safe and effective adoption ofthe Cordis cardiovascular portfolioin the United States. Reporting to the Director, Medical Education, this role serves as a subject matter expert in clinical education and adult learning principles, ensuring that programs meethigh standardsof scientific accuracy, regulatory compliance, and clinical relevance. The Manager partners cross-functionally with Clinical, Regulatory, Marketing, and Commercial teams, whilemaintainingdirect engagement with physician faculty andlab staff.
**Job Responsibilities**
+ Design and deliver medical education programs (workshops, proctoring pathways, virtual learning, symposia) that align with product and procedural needs.
+ Develop clinicaltraining content, including curricula, procedural guides, and competency assessments.
+ Collaborate with physician faculty and KOLs to organize peer-to-peer educational initiatives.
+ Provide field support for keytraining events and live case demonstrations.
+ Evaluate program effectiveness through participant feedback, assessments, and defined KPIs.
+ Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (Clinical, Marketing, Regulatory, Quality) to ensure content accuracy and compliance.
+ Support the Director in building scalable learning frameworks andtraining platforms.
+ Managelogisticsand vendor relationships for assigned programs and events.
+ Contribute to budget planning and monitorspendfor assigned initiatives.
+ Serve as a resource for internal teams ontraining methodologies and educational best practices.
**Qualifications**
**Required Qualifications**
+ 8+ years of experience in medical education, clinical education, or field clinical roles within the medical device or procedural healthcare industry (combined education/experience considered).
+ Bachelor's degreerequired; advanced degree in education, instructional design, or business preferred.

+ Proven experience designing and deliveringtraining for physicians andcathlab staff.
+ Clinical degree/background strongly preferred (RN, RT, RCIS, PA, or equivalent) OR extensivecathlaborprocedural experience.

+ Willingness totravelup to 40-50% domestically for educational programs and case support.
