As an Architect, you will apply and integrate technical detailing and material technologies to develop design solution into a concise set of construction documents. Using your ability to analyze and understand design intent you will produce efficient and effective technical design solutions. You will work with members of the design team to develop design solutions appropriate to the context, budget, and aesthetic requirements of architectural projects. You will use your knowledge of detailing, building materials, building codes, and construction technologies to collaborate with other professional disciplines and have opportunities to coordinate the design through all phases of the project.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Develops technical designs and edits architectural drawings to ensure an exemplary solution is delivered that meets quality parameters, project timelines, and budgetary requirements.
  • Performs design activities such as programming, code research, material and building systems research, laying out program components, and calculation of program and building areas
  • Evaluates site conditions and performs site surveys
  • Reviews project products, services, and shop drawings
  • Processes permit response letters and coordinates revisions with engineers and consultants to obtain necessary documentation and permits
  • Coordinates with contractor, sub-consultants, or relevant building authorities to address and document issues with constructability or owner concerns
Required Skills
  • Experience in all phases of the project cycle is required
  • Architectural design software skills including Revit, AutoCAD and other architectural design software
  • Familiarity with MEP and Structural building systems and building codes is required
  • Have successfully completed related post-secondary education
  • Registered with a relevant professional architectural association is an asset

  • Lesson Plan Development: Create effective lesson plans to be submitted each Friday for the following week. Plans should accommodate various student levels, include procedures for assessing knowledge, outline the content standards addressed, and specify the curriculum used.
  • Supervision of Paraprofessionals: Oversee and direct paraprofessionals assigned to the classroom. While Program Supervisors and Site Administrators will assist in supervision, it is the teacher's primary responsibility in the classroom.
  • Implementation of PBIS Program: Manage the classroom's Positive Behavior Intervention and Supports (PBIS) program, including tracking behavior points, maintaining the student store, and communicating with parents/guardians. Ensure daily documentation of behavioral data in Point Quest's database.
  • Classroom Management: Maintain a classroom environment that prioritizes student engagement and safety, implementing the behavior plan, modifying state-adopted curriculum, and employing strategies to effectively teach students with various disabilities.
  • IEP Meetings and Documentation: Attend IEP meetings for students assigned to the classroom. Write updates for each student's annual IEP in coordination with the school district, and enter all IEP updates (Present Levels, BIP, ITP, and Goals) into SEIS 7 days prior to the scheduled meeting.
  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other staff and outside agencies to effectively educate each student.
  • Instructional Planning: Plan instruction and design learning experiences based on data. Conduct summative assessments with each student no less than three times per year.
  • Professional Development: Participate in ongoing professional development activities, including twice-monthly teacher meetings and monthly all-staff trainings. Teachers are encouraged to engage in additional professional development outside of Point Quest.
Special Education Teacher Qualifications:
  • Education & Credentials: Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in Special Education strongly recommended. Valid CA Special Education Credential (Intern, Preliminary, Clear, Level 1, Level 2 acceptable). Educational Specialist Credential in Mild/Moderate or Moderate/Severe disabilities, depending on classroom assignment.
  • Experience: 2-5 years working with students with learning and/or social-emotional needs. Experience in running a special day class and implementing curriculum and behavior interventions.
  • Skills: Proficient in written and verbal English, including business writing and professional communication. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Computer-literate with knowledge of standard software applications and internet.
  • Certifications & Clearances: DOJ/FBI Live Scan Background & TB Clearance required. Pro-Act, CPI, and/or CPR certification preferred.

+ Helps design training by: helping design interactive activities, assignments, and testing appropriate for the goals of each encounter and/or course learning outcomes; helping develop high-quality, culturally responsive multi-media health education materials; and helping identify content changes and collaborating to update member-facing materials.
+ Maintains resources by: recommending updates to multimedia health information resources; maintaining the database of educational resources and materials independently; and ordering new educational resources and materials independently.
Minimum Qualifications:
+ Bachelors Degree in Public Health, Healthcare Administration, Counseling, Education, Psychology, Nursing, Nutrition or a directly related field, OR Minimum three (3) years of experience in health-related education or a directly related field.

+ Developing and owning the overarching product vision and strategy for Zoom's education offerings
+ Creating a roadmap that integrates Zoom's core capabilities to meet the unique needs of the global education market.
+ Driving AI-powered innovation by leveraging Zoom's AI Companion and emerging technologies to create more personalized, accessible, and impactful learning and teaching experiences.
+ Becoming the company's go-to expert on the EdTech landscape and underlying technologies, including AI, while analyzing competitors and identifying opportunities for differentiation.
+ Translating deep user insights into clear product requirements, user stories, and user experiences.
+ Partnering closely with engineering, design, and data teams to deliver high-quality, global, and scalable solutions in an agile environment.
+ Driving adoption and growth of Zoom products among education users.
+ Leading LMS integrations of Zoom products to meet users where they are.
What we're looking for
+ Have 10+ years of product management experience with a proven track record of launching and scaling successful products.
+ Have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
+ Demonstrate product management experience with enterprise-grade SaaS or UCaaS platforms, external partnerships, and integrations. ? Bring experience in the Education Technology (EdTech) sector and a deep understanding of the unique needs of K-12 and/or Higher Education users is advantageous. Bring experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) like Canvas, Blackboard, Moodle, or D2L.
+ Think strategically to craft a long-term vision while managing the details of a complex product roadmap and aligning cross-functional teams to execute effectively
+ Communicate exceptionally well, with outstanding written, verbal, and presentation skills that resonate with both technical and non-technical audiences.
+ Understand educational privacy and compliance standards such as FERPA, COPPA, and WCAG accessibility is advantageous.
+ Leverage user insights and data to guide product decisions and continuously improve the education experience on Zoom.

$339 300,00
In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.
Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.
