Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming student inquiries with accuracy, professionalism, and a problem-solving mindset.
- Develop, track and manage individual and small groups sessions on academic skill building

- Bachelor's degree with at least three years of recent experience in higher education.
- Master's degree preferred in education, higher education, or a related field

POSITION SUMMARY
The Education and Quality Coordinator develops and implements educational and training programs for Arkansas Hospice, focusing primarily on the nursing staff, in an assigned area to ensure excellence in clinical practice and documentation (paper and electronic). May serve as the Organizations Infection Control Officer as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (RN) required; (BSN) or (MSN) preferred.
Experience: A minimum of five years clinical nursing experience; two years in a hospice or home health environment preferred. Demonstrated expertise in use of an electronic documentation system. Teaching, both one-on-one and to groups, or public speaking/presentation skills required.
Licensure: Current licensure as an Registered Nurse (RN) in Arkansas.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Helps ensure that the feedback received from audits are addressed and education is provided to direct service staff, focusing primarily on nursing staff.
- Collaborates with Chief Clinical Officer or designee(s) on a regular basis to ensure direct service staff receives the proper information and training to perform their duties.
- Works closely with those in management positions to maintain an orientation program for new nursing staff both in the classroom setting and in the field. Conducts both classroom and field training.
- Conducts new employee orientation for all new direct service staff one week of each month. Provides feedback directly to staff member and direct supervisor. **Hemophilia Community Education and Engagement**
+ Plan and execute regional and national speaking engagements with the hemophilia community. These engagements include speaking on stage independently, with a Peer ambassador or with an HCP co-speaker.
+ Conduct both formal and informal presentations and convey complex hemophilia clinical information fluently to the bleeding disorder community in a professional, compliant, ethical and effective manner.
+ Ensure close cross functional collaboration with all commercial and PSS stakeholders as appropriate to ensure consistent integrated implementation of strategies and tactics with a high sense of urgency
+ Manage territory Specialty Pharmacy relationships and plan and execute educational programming with SP partners.
+ Assist with new educational content creation and existing content updates and renewals
+ Meet one on one with patients and caregivers in the community to educate them on branded and unbranded topics and be the Sanofi community partner.
+ Utilize CRM to manage region and both HCP and patient level activities
