- Overseeing the day-to-day clinical operations of the home care agency, ensuring high standards of patient care.
- Managing, supervising, and mentoring a team of clinical professionals, including Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
- Developing, implementing, and evaluating individualized care plans for clients, ensuring they meet clinical needs and personal preferences.
- Conducting comprehensive client assessments, including initial evaluations and ongoing monitoring of health status.
- Ensuring strict adherence to all state and federal regulations, licensing requirements, and agency policies.
- Implementing quality assurance programs and participating in case reviews to maintain and improve care quality.
- Recruiting, hiring, training, and evaluating clinical staff.

The ideal candidate will be a Registered Nurse (RN) with a current Georgia license and a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in home health, hospice, or geriatrics, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management capacity. Strong knowledge of home care regulations, best practices in geriatric care, and wound care is essential. Excellent leadership, communication, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills are required. A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred. Proven ability to manage staff, develop care plans, and ensure quality outcomes is critical.
