Qualifications/ Requirements:
+ Bachelor's degree in related field, preferably Human Resources emphasis/major or equivalent combination of education and experience
+ Entry level professional with some exposure to Human Resources, preferably in Recruiting
+ Experience with scheduling and high-volume calendar management
+ Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize, and organize diversified workload, recommends changes in programs and procedures related to areas of responsibility

Our client, a progressive and growing organization, is seeking an experienced Senior Human Resources Business Partner to join their dedicated HR team. This key role is based in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma , and offers a hybrid work arrangement, allowing for a blend of remote operational tasks and essential in-office interactions. You will serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing expert guidance and support on a wide range of HR functions, including talent management, employee relations, organizational development, and change management. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of HR best practices, excellent communication and influencing skills, and the ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of the organization. Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a primary HR contact and strategic partner for assigned business units, aligning HR initiatives with business objectives.
  • Provide expert guidance and support on employee relations issues, including investigations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
  • Collaborate with leaders on talent management strategies, including workforce planning, performance management, succession planning, and leadership development.
