The Talent Acquisition Recruiter will serve as a full-cycle recruiter, partnering with leaders across the organization to identify, attract, and hire candidates. Responsibilities- Manage the full recruitment cycle for a variety of positions (hourly, salaried).
- Partner with hiring managers to understand needs, create strategies, and provide guidance throughout the hiring process.
- Source and attract candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and other creative methods.
- Review resumes, conduct prescreens, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Meet and exceed KPIs such as time-to-fill, candidate pipeline activity, interview-to-offer ratios, and quality-of-hire metrics.
- Ensure accurate and timely use of our Applicant Tracking System, UKG Pro, to maintain compliance and reporting.
- Represent FAIRWINDS at career fairs, networking events, and community engagements.
- Provide an outstanding candidate experience that reflects the FAIRWINDS brand and values.

Qualifications- 3+ years of recruiting experience required (corporate, agency, or high-volume recruiting experience welcomed).
- Previous recruiting experience in Accounting, Finance, banking, or credit union preferred.
- Experience with UKG Pro or other applicant tracking systems preferred.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and job boards required.
- Knowledge of best practices in Talent Acquisition, compliance, and candidate experience required.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed recruiting KPIs, demonstrating both efficiency and quality in hiring outcomes.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and build trusted relationships.
