Responsibilities:
- Enter and update information in HRIS applications and other databases including employee directory.
- Maintain compliant and up-to-date personnel records including contact information, emergency contact, and work address.
- Support recruitment activities including scheduling interviews, managing calendars, and communicating with both candidates and hiring managers.

- Meticulous attention to detail is necessary for maintaining accuracy in data entry, record-keeping, and other tasks.

The Opportunity :
The Human Resource Coordinator I will serve as a point of contact for staff and faculty regarding general HR inquiries, additionally providing transactional support to Business Partners (HRBP) with recruiting, hiring, employment, and pay changes, faculty searches, etc.
Responsibilities:

Address employee questions, resolve minor issues, and escalate complex matters to HR Business Partners/HR Director. Connects employees to other institutional partners when warranted. Responsible for the College of Medicine HR email account.

Minimum Qualifications :
