The Position: The role of the Sr. Performance Assurance Consultant / Sr. Energy Manager works to ensure a positive experience for the client by developing and managing our deliverables. In this role you will perform the daily operations of the project plan for each client, troubleshoot and resolve controls issues associated with HVAC equipment, and be the primary point of contact for the client. You will play a key role in ensuring the success of the performance guarantee and resolving various issues along the way.

Position responsibilities:

• Diagnose complex system problems for clients

Essential skills and qualifications:

The ISO 50001 Energy Manager will be responsible for managing and implementing our energy management systems (EnMS) according to the ISO 50001 standard. The primary objective of this position is to optimize energy use across the organizations portfolio, ensuring sustainability, cost-efficiency, and compliance with environmental regulations.

Position Description:
Design electrical systems (e.g., develop single line diagrams, select equipment and materials, conductor sizing) for offsite manufactured and modular building components. Provide oversight of offsite manufactured elements to meet electrical performance, safety, and compliance standards while optimizing for transport, assembly, and installation on-site.

The estimated base salary for this job is $160,000.00 - $85,000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron's annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron's pay for performance philosophy.
