What You'll DoPositioned within the Product Marketing and Promotions Team, this role is responsible for overseeing go-to-marketing planning for First Party Products (Fortnite, Fall Guys, Rocket League, and Epic Games Publishing Content) and PC/Mobile platform feature launches; matching store-owned channels with product beats to optimize business KPIs. Responsibilities additionally include store development, with remit over projects that look to automate and scale marketing processes, build new surfaces to support store B2B and B2C programs, evangelism and establish a robust data pipeline to inform on decision making. The ideal individual will be an expert in live service game mechanics, understand how customers engage with PC and Mobile gaming stores, and be someone who can build strong relationships with all relevant stakeholders within Epic Games.
In this role, you will- Own the departmental planning process for First Party / Platform and set the strategy for projects that will improve the effectiveness of the Epic Games Store marketing channels to meet the growing needs of the business. This includes assessment of user flows, improvements to internal processes and store presentation across PC and Mobile stores.
- Project manage departmental initiatives by setting must succeed initiatives, working through blockers, establishing project phasing into MVP states and communicating status updates.
- With support from the First Party & Platform Product Marketer, build and refine go-to-market plans ensuring that key messaging is applied to each channel.
- Using our data tooling, analyze the performance of product-level events and oversee the testing roadmap to refine the ongoing support strategy. Share learnings with wider stakeholders where appropriate.
- Oversee product lifecycle management of owned accounts, evangelising promotional opportunities within the Epic Games Store including discounting, giveaways and cross-promotional opportunities within the Epic ecosystem where appropriate.
- Improve awareness of both B2C platform programs such as Epic Rewards and B2B programs such as Now on Epic, Launch Everywhere With Epic and Epic First Run by assessing marketing touch points, improving or building new ones.
- Own the management of platform CMS pages, providing regular updates to copy and images when required.
- Understanding of Epic Games’ products (in particular Fortnite) and other live service games, from a gameplay/functionality perspective alongside common marketing practices in the industry.
- Experience working on B2B and/or B2C platform programs that connect value propositions within an ecosystem.
- Experience with retail / e-commerce across PC and Mobile Gaming including common engagement practices and associated KPIs.
- Strong understanding of how to build brands through leveraging owned channels and available system tooling.
- Experience evaluating creative materials and assets based on strategic briefs.

For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, Cisco may pay up to 125% of target. Cisco sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid.
