Summary:
This is an hourly position with varying hours based on the event schedule. Here's what to expect:
Event Support will be part of the team that welcomes hosts and their attendees into BASE ONE. Job Summary:
This person will be responsible for any incoming birthday party requests via phone calls or website bookings. This person will oversee the execution and guest experience of birthdays, company events, and any other functions being held at the park. They will also assist the operations team on day of duties needed to execute events.

Skills/Competencies Required:
- Proficient in computer software including Microsoft Excel, and CRM

As a member of the CROSSMARK's team it is your job to be enthusiastic about the product you are showing. You will provide outstanding customer service to all customers by facilitating in-store food/product demonstrations & events. You will demonstrate knowledge of products, accessories and services, and use this knowledge to build sales, practice suggestive selling & drive sales. Your primary role will be to share your passion about the product you are representing and interest the customer in purchasing the product: most of all.have fun while doing it!
