What does a Business Operations Analyst do?
A Business Operation Analyst at Fiserv will help drive operational excellence across client implementation and support functions. We partner with stakeholders to turn data into actionable insights and deliver measurable results. Communicate status, risks, and next steps to clients and internal partners to maintain transparency throughout the request lifecycle.
What you will do:

Analyze client systems and operational workflows to identify gaps, streamline processes, and support successful data conversions and implementations.

Have hands-on with RPA platforms (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate) and exposure to Intelligent Automation concepts.

Maintain and update tracking tools, questionnaires, work estimates, timelines, and process documentation in alignment with project management governance.
