Sandvik, Inc is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Quotation Specialist to join our team!
Key Activities and Responsibilities:
- Follow the global Enquiry to Quote process and business rules to create quotes for Customized products and MTO requests including finalizing order entry and advanced technical support when needed.
- When needed: Act as gatekeeper/dispatcher ensuring quality of incoming requests and assigning requests within the Global Engineered Solutions Quotation Team.
- Convert Salesman Request for Quote (SRFQ) into enquiries.
- Validate the Customized Solutions Sales Pipeline according to Business rules.
- Prepare official quotations, setting prices according to global Coromant pricing strategy.
- Provide simpler drawings, based on design templates.
- Make a judgement on the need for more complex design.
- Assigning design tasks to the Design Team.
- Collaborate with Coromant Supply function to receive supply quotes and drawings.
- Create and/or validate product data/material ID in SAP.
- Manage cases through Dynamics Case Management.
- Finalizing the order in SAP as needed.
- Working and communicating with SRT Design Team, Customer Service and Technical Dept, ensuring that both design and quotation timelines align with department KPI's, in order to provide strong support to sales units to win more business. Living the Sandvik Core Values.

- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
- CPA or Enrolled Agent certification
- Experience completing complex returns (individual, trust, partnership)
- 5+ years of experience in accounting, finance, bookkeeping or tax
- Experience conducting virtual tax interviews
- Experience with tax planning and audit support
- Sales and/or marketing experience
- Conduct tax interviews with clients face to face and through virtual tools - video, phone, chat, email
- Prepare complete and accurate tax returns
- Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services
- Provide clients with IRS support
- All certification levels can provide tax notice services
- Circular 230 associates can provide audit representation
- Mentor and support teammates
- Successful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment*
- Experience in accounting, finance, bookkeeping or tax
- Experience completing individual returns
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Comfort working with virtual tools - video, phone and chat
- Ability to effectively communicate in person, via phone and in writing
- Must meet IRS and applicable state requirements
- High school diploma / equivalent or higher
