Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Produce accurate project financial reporting results for submission to corporate finance and project management.
- Prepare labor and ODCs (Other Direct Charges) for client invoicing and cost reporting; ensure all costs on the invoice are accurate, appropriately supported and reconcile to the accounting system.
- Assist program control staff with ad hoc financial and cost analysis as requested by program management and corporate finance.
- Provide analytical support to program contract staff preparing corporate required reporting of accounts receivable and billed and unbilled reconciliations.
- Track financial status by monitoring variances from forecasts and investigate unusual variances for accuracy.
- Monitor fulfillment expenses closely against forecast assumptions.
- Review incoming vendor invoices for accuracy, provide appropriate codes and monitor payment status.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related field required.
- 3-5 years of related experience required.
Job-Specific Minimum Requirements :
- Must have direct billing/invoice adjustments and financial reporting experience.
- Must have experience reviewing month-end accruals.
- Must have forecasting and revenue recognition experience.
- Experience tracking financial status and monitoring variances is required.
- Must possess strong proficiency with MS Excel, Power Point, and Word.

Client Finance Manager is responsible for annual budget preparation, monthly forecasts, strategic financial planning, management reporting to client and C&W corporate office, as well as other special projects as assigned.
**Job Description**
+ Monthly financial reporting duties to client as well as C&W including but not limited to: budgeting, forecasting, balance sheet review, and standard monthly financial reporting
+ Maintain general ledger for client as well as corporate related financials
+ Establish overall finance related priorities and initiatives to ensure all reporting deadlines and goals met
+ Ensure complete ownership of monthly results as well as operating budget and reforecasts
+ Responsible for monthly client rent roll due to third party landlords
+ Approves monthly funding request to be sent to client for third party vendor reimbursables
+ Reconcile banking activity daily and ensure working capital requirements met
+ Expected to meet with the client and promote the relationship especially as it relates to financial performance and reporting

We are seeking a knowledgeable financial expert to help us produce a podcast style video about financial literacy. The financial expert will provide guidance on key personal finance topics including: Emergency Savings, Debt Repayment, Budgeting, Small Business management, Homeownership, and Savings Goals. The ideal candidate will help develop actionable strategies tailored to our clients’ needs. Your expertise will play a crucial role in assisting individuals achieve financial stability and growth. The SME will play a critical role in shaping the project by providing subject-specific insights, supporting video content design, and serving as a resource for the Production department. Commit to being available for filming for a duration of 4-6 hours on a weekday in the Los Angeles, CA area. The filming date has not been solidified, but may shoot the week of January 27th. **Overview**
The Treasury department is responsible for managing the liquidity of the firm and ensuring the strength of its balance sheet. As part of that objective, the department is responsible for all cash activities of the firm, borrowing and investment to meet cash needs and managing bank relationships for all credit and cash services.
All firm settlements with trading partners and clearing houses, as well as all intercompany and interbank transfers are managed by the Treasury department, as are investing excess operational cash. The department is also responsible for risk oversight and control to protect the assets of the firm and support the growth objectives.
Treasury currently has an opening for a Senior Treasury Analyst (Assistant Cash Manager). This role will lead firm's daily cash positioning, manage reporting and transactional risks through bank account reconciliations, investing excess funds (both domestic and international), and develop technical expertise in the firm's treasury workstation. Additionally, this position will also support treasury projects, cross-divisional and firm-strategic efforts.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Monitor and manage cash balances across multiple operating entities and subsidiaries
+ Facilitate execution of funds transfers (domestic & international), including thorough understanding of the regulatory rules surrounding the transfer of funds in 15c3 accounts
+ Identify short term cash investment opportunities while managing credit and liquidity risks across the firm's investment portfolio
+ Bank account reconciliation and investigation of reconciling items, process treasury-related accounting entries into PeopleSoft and/or Broadridge systems
+ Maintain communication with banking relationships, and stay abreast of latest cash management techniques and technologies
+ Identify process-improvement opportunities and provide recommendations for addressing them
+ Prepare basic or intermediate (i.e. recurring) reports for senior management, and advanced (i.e. one off) analyses/reports/presentations for senior management

**Qualifications Required in the Job:**
+ BS/BA degree; Advanced degree/certification (MBA/CFA/CPA) preferred
+ 5+ years of experience in Treasury, Cash Management function is preferred
+ Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation strongly preferred
+ Intermediate knowledge of banking, cash/treasury management, brokerage industry operations preferred
+ Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite, advanced Excel skills preferred
+ Continuous improvement mindset, driven to explore opportunities for process improvements that address short term needs while moving us closer to a longer-term vision
+ Identify trends and present recommendations to Senior Leadership to influence decision making
**What Could Set You Apart:**
+ Experience with SQL, Power BI or other data extraction and analytics tools
+ Working knowledge of PeopleSoft Financial, G-Treasury or another treasury management systems is also a plus
