Required:
+ 2+ years of relevant consulting or industry experience, preferably in business operations, shared services, process improvement, or a related field
+ Demonstrated experience supporting project teams in the analysis, design, and implementation of business processes or operating models
+ Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and modeling
+ Experience preparing client-ready presentations and reports using Microsoft PowerPoint
+ Familiarity with data visualization and analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and ability to interpret and communicate data-driven insights
+ Exposure to technology-enabled business transformation, including workflow platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, Salesforce), automation, or digital solutions
